Why they chose this property
This property has been in my family for over 40 years. We would vacation here every summer as children. Now that I have my own grown child we are no longer interested in staying here. We are hoping to share this wonderful place with others and eventually selling it. It is an excellent summer vacation.
What makes this property unique
Every few years the date coincides with the 4th of July holiday and the place is alive with excitement. Fireworks can be enjoyed from the balcony or from the beach.
