DESCRIPTION:
Brand new in Spring of 2022, AcquaLuxe is an exquisite home located on one of the best streets in Anna Maria Island. Escape to canal-front luxury! The owners creatively designed this home to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort, so you feel like you are staying in your own private, upscale resort! Every floor of this beautiful home allows you the opportunity to visualize the tranquil waters of the canal.
Upon entering, walk straight back to the outdoor lounge area, which leads to the large, resort-style, heated saltwater pool and spa that is infinity-esque. Here you can enjoy a game of Pool, Connect4, PutterBall, Cornhole, or your favorite sporting event on your 75” TV! Behind the privacy of the coconut palms is a dock, where you can pass time fishing or looking for manatee or other sea life. Floating dock with access to kayaks. There is plenty of outdoor seating including in pool loungers. There is a gas grill and bar area with beverage coolers and ice bin perfect for entertaining or enjoying some poolside refreshments. There is also a gas firepit and outdoor shower.
The main level of the home boasts an open concept floor plan with opportune space to stretch out and relax. The gourmet kitchen includes a SubZero refrigerator and an 8 Burner Wolf Range and is fully equipped with everything you would need during your stay. Open the sliding doors from the dining room or living room to let the fresh ocean air inside. The dining table seats up to 10 and the large kitchen island seats 4. Large, open decks off the living and dining room overlook the sparkling pool, lush landscape and canal.
Walk down the hallway to a sliding barn door that leads to a den/game room with games to entertain every age. The game room feature a large screen smart TV, PacMan game, and double futon. Also on the main level wing, there are two, king bedrooms, each en-suite, with televisions.
Take the elevator up to the 3rd floor where you will find a custom-built bunk room with two, twin beds and one, king bed. This room also has a private balcony and en-suite, with a television.
Finally, on the opposite side of the 3rd floor wing, enter the king master suite with private balcony overlooking the canal. The large, wet room includes a shower and bath in one space. You will have ample space to store your belongings in the extra-large vanity and walk-in closet. The secluded, deluxe master suite provides a posh sleeping experience like none other!
POLICIES:
NO PETS. NO SMOKING.
Registered Guest must provide copy of ID, be at least 25 years of age and be present throughout entire stay.
Quiet Hours 10p-8a. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Reservations are typically taken for 7 night Saturday-Saturday stays. However, we can offer flexible stays with varying minimum night requirements and non-Saturday check-ins/check-outs during most of the year with exception to holidays and peak weeks unless city ordinances prohibit it. Always feel free to ask prior to booking to see if this is a possibility as we may not be able to accommodate changes after booking.
POOL & SPA (if any):
The pool is heated year round at no additional cost for the convenience and comfort of our guests. Pool temperatures are set between 82-85 degrees and will not be set higher due to keeping proper chemical balance, clarity, and cleanliness of the pools. Due to strict city noise ordinances pool heaters and filters do not run during the hours of 10p-8a. Please note that cooler ambient temperatures (>20 degree difference between water and air temperature) may result in pool heater unable to compensate the difference. We are not responsible for cold spells causing cooler pool temperatures or unexpected failure of equipment. Please note that a residential spa is a section of pool that once turned on provides relaxation, misting bubbles and warmer temperatures in the high 90s - low 100s but are not permitted to remain on 24/7 or will not reach temperatures like that of a commercial hot tub. Spas may not be operational during the months of June - September to avoid high temperatures of pool water which is detrimental to keeping proper pool chemical balances. Guests are required to read and abide by all posted rules, safety and operating information. Under no circumstance is any guest allowed to adjust pool equipment. Failure to abide may result in guests being fined or liable for any damages to equipment.
PROPERTY SECURITY/SAFETY:
Please note this home is equipped with exterior cameras viewing front door, driveway, pool equipment, and backyard/pool areas only. Cameras are not actively monitored and only intended to keep property and guests safe and secure, monitor deliveries, and assure occupancy.
CLEANING AND SAFETY:
All our homes and linens are cleaned, sanitized, and inspected between each guest per industry standards. A starter set of basic amenities, linens, towels, and bedding are provided at the beginning of your stay per home occupancy. Daily housekeeping or linen services are not included in your stay.
Additional cleaning and laundry services are available by request mid-stay at additional charge. For stays of 28-days or more, a mid-stay clean will be required to be scheduled and paid by guest at additional cost.
This home participates in our Professional Linen Program. This ensures high quality linens and towels are provided according to the home's occupancy at the beginning of your stay. These are professionally laundered at a commercial facility between each guest. Please keep in mind extra sets are not kept in homes.
GOLF CART RENTALS:

BABY EQUIPMENT RENTALS:
Baby equipment is not available for use at the home for safety and sanitation reasons. We are however partnered with local companies offering rentals of these items including pick-up and drop-off.
PAYMENTS:
50% of total amount due must be made at time of reservation request to confirm reservation.
50% of total amount due must be paid on or before 60 days prior to check-in date
Full amount due must be made at time of booking if check in date is within next 60 days.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please review the details of our Cancellation Policy page or Terms & Conditions at booking. We encourage you to review as OUR POLICIES HAVE CHANGED as of MARCH 25, 2023. We continue to offer refunds of deposits for cancellations (for stays of 28 days or less) made greater than 60 days to arrival, however all cancellations are now subject to a non-refundable booking admin fee. We continue to offer our US Citizens guests (with exception to residents of NY and HI) the option of purchasing CSA Travel Insurance directly with us. We strongly encourage all guests to purchase Travel Insurance in the event of any unforeseen eventualities. Refunds or credits are not provided for COVID-19 related cancellations, weather or beach conditions outside of our cancellation policy. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th.
Upon booking, we agree to uphold our agreement to our guests by reserving the home in the advertised condition for the dates of their choosing, at that time the Registered Guest knowingly enters into a two-way agreement to uphold their commitment to arrive as scheduled. If unforeseen issues arise, the Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Manager is not responsible for providing refunds due to circumstances beyond the Manager's control like travel disruptions, guest travel restrictions, work and school scheduling changes, etc. Weather, tropical storms, hurricane threats, environmental conditions like red-tide, construction, water, or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed.
In the event the dates of the reservation fall within a date range of a mandatory island evacuation, unforeseen unavailability of the home reserved AND unavailability of a comparable alternative home, or inability for vacation rentals to operate due to executive order, the guest will receive a full refund of all base rental rate, fees, and applicable taxes without penalty.
All cancellation requests must be initiated by Registered Guest through the website in which they booked and/or be in writing via email. Cancellation requests will not be accepted via phone, text, or by a member of the party other than the main Registered Guest.
