Welcome to “Saltwater and Sun” - our 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom home in Inlet Beach, just a short bike ride or drive in our six-passenger golf cart to the beach, 30Avenue dining, or to the heart of Rosemary Beach.
PROPERTY OVERVIEW:
Saltwater and Sun's large outdoor space is one-of-a-kind. The back yard is fully fenced-in to offer peace of mind and privacy for parents. The yard comes with an incredible 30ft-long private heated* saltwater swimming pool with accompanying spa, as well as a large artificial turf area for lounging in the sun. There is also a gas grill as well as an enclosed outdoor shower on the side of the home that makes rinsing off from a day at the beach a breeze.
The home's covered front porch welcomes you directly into the home's main dining area with seating for eight people. The open concept kitchen comes complete with premium fixtures, fittings, and appliances; snow white quartz countertops, soft-close cabinets, a large built-in pantry, stainless steel fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and an oversize farmhouse sink. There is plenty of cooking room on the five-burner gas range and abundant cutlery and utensils for all your culinary needs. There is extra barstool seating for up to five people at the generously sized kitchen island. The first floor also comes with a laundry room. Between the home's downstairs living room and upstairs bonus area, there is ample room for entertaining the whole group. Both seating areas come with large flat-screen smart TVs. The 2nd floor bonus area comes with a video gaming nook, comprised of a new couch with split screen TVs and HDMI hookups.
The large downstairs master bedroom comes with a king bed, private en suite with walk-in shower and double vanity, and a large private closet.
Heading upstairs, the bunk room sleeps three people across twin bunk beds and a trundle. Bedroom three comfortably fits a king bed and a shower/tub combo in the jack-and-jill bathroom that connects through to the two twin beds of bedroom four. Each bedroom comes with its own smart TV and closet space.

“Saltwater and Sun” is located within The Preserve at Inlet Beach - A coastal community just a short bike ride or drive in our six-passenger golf cart to the beach, 30Avenue dining, or to the heart of Rosemary Beach. The community features a superb outdoor pool with a pavilion, seating, and outdoor fireplace. The community boardwalk & dock provides direct access to Powell Lake should you wish to paddle board or kayak during your stay. You will be in extremely close proximity to a great selection of boutique upscale shopping/dining at 30Avenue and Rosemary Beach - Amici, Cuvee, La Crema, Donut Hole, Big Bad Breakfast, Willow Boutique, and many more. The home is also just a short drive to familiar grocery stores and other entertainment at Pier Park. This getaway is just a short drive from the picturesque walking trails of Camp Helen State Park and is only a 20-minute drive from Panama City Airport. The newly-constructed underpass at the corner of the 30A and Highway 98 has now officially opened, allowing easy bike/pedestrian access to the beach.

This home has a strict no-pet policy. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits, and the guest will be responsible for any and all direct consequential damages.
Construction - This neighborhood - along with many others along the 30A - is growing, and as such there may be construction with attendant noise that may take place during your stay. By booking this listing, you acknowledge that possible construction noise won't be an issue for you and that you understand that no discounts or refunds will be given for this reason.
