Long weekend around Tampa

Nice studio unit. Very clean with comfortable bed. Easy to get to with off-street parking.Nice large TV with streaming available. No cable so we couldn’t watch the NFL playoffs :-(Only negative we found was that the water pressure was low in shower. Overall, really nice place!

Great stay

The host is great. The place is clean and serves its purpose. I just needed a good clean place to rest when I was not out in Tampa, The location is a less than 10$ lyft ride to dowtown, ybor, and restaurants. Its perfect if you just need a place to rest. Genius idea to turn a 1 car garage into a 1 bedroom studio.

It was smaller than pictures portray. Carpet under bed was soiled. There was no toaster, which i missed. Washer/dryer didn't work well.

Not a good experience in Tampa

I did not have any WiFi or TV for 4 days. Host answered my calls but did not remedy the situation or offer some type of refund. The apt. Was not exactly as pictured in the advertisement. It is hard to give a good rating based off my experience.

Bad property

Never stayed 1 night out of a two week booking. Bad neighborhood, barking dog, tiny space with no room for our belongings and a large black rat in our room. Tried four time to correspond and no one got back to me. Very disappointed.

Review

Minimal accommodation that met the basics. Bed and pillows were terrible. Had to fix toilet several times due to it would not flush. Was instructed to leave key in lock box every time we left which was inconvenient. Messaged by owner to take out the recycling out mid stay and take can to curb. Messaged by owner to put towels in wash prior to leaving. House next door has dogs and they barked at night frequently.
