Updated Aegean Gulf Front Property
There is ongoing construction occurring at the Aegean through 2025. Due to the construction on this unit being completed, there should be minimal disturbances. The walkway between Building 2 and the pool will be shut down during the work on that side of the building. Please be advised, there is a working barricade between the back of the building and construction traffic. Please also be advised that your party will need to go around the work being done. Please be advised, property is under construction until 2025. Pool will be closed until March.
This 1st Floor 2 bd / 2 ba unit has updated furnishings throughout. Sleeps 6 with a setup of; King -1 Full and a sofa sleeper - Large Patio overlooking the the Gulf of Mexico.
