Due to the construction on this unit being completed, there should be minimal disturbances. The walkway between Building 2 and the pool will be shut down during the work on that side of the building. The HOA has closed the balconies of the unit due to maintenance issues, so neither balcony is accessible, we will be offering an additional discount for staying in the unit without the use of the balcony, please inquire for details.
