Unit A202 is a brand new renovated, airy, second floor studio unit that is direct ocean front. It boasts views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. There is only the beautiful lawn between this suite and the ocean.

The condo is light and bright and features a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, brand new furnishings, a private lanai, and air-conditioning. The condo has an ultra comfortable king size bed and all of the amenities you need to cook a gourmet meal at home! Napili Shores is the perfect place to relax, swim, soak up the sun and enjoy the ultimate Hawaiian vacation. Come see why Napili Shores is a favorite spot among returning visitors year after year.

One of the pool's at Napili Shores is a heated saline pool with a fabulous jacuzzi and an incredible ocean view. The other pool is a sparkling clean fresh water pool. The resort has a renowned beachfront restaurant called The Gazebo which is a favorite among locals and tourists alike. The Gazebo is famous for their breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes! There is also an onsite Surf & Snorkel rental store to assist you with your beach day activities.

Napili Shores is located steps away from Napili Bay and Kapalua Bay. Just south of the resort is the world famous Honokeana Cove or "Turtle Cove" which is a snorkeler's paradise!

Beautiful Studio on the water

We loved our 9 day stay here! It’s a beautiful condo with everything you need. You can’t beat the location with 3 restaurants to walk to and the Gazebo restaurant steps away. Listening to the waves crashing every night was the best sleep ever! Just incredible!

We loved this Condo! Everything to love! Great location, easy parking, magnificent view. It was quiet, private, no foot traffic to speak of. Close to bbqs and pool and the ever 5 star rated Gazebo restaurant.The bed was comfortable and clean.I want it a secret for booking my next visit!!

Wonderful stay!

Had such a wonderful long weekend stay here! The condo itself is gorgeous and has spectacular views from the living room and kitchen. It’s close to a coastal hiking trail which I got to do in the mornings to start my day. Also walking distance to some of the nearby beaches, and to Montage resort- walked over one night for dinner. Perfect stay!

Gorgeous condo on the Napili Bay

I am so thrilled that my partner and I booked this gorgeous studio condo for our honeymoon trip to Maui. As a realtor myself on a vacation destination Island in Florida, I am rather picky and look at the photographs and reviews when I go places. The photographs for this gorgeous updated condo in an incredible location drew me to this place over and over again when I was looking on VRBO. It was also the reason ultimately that we selected it. The condition of the room and the location. Both were right on point! While this is a older complex and not as fancy as those on kapalua or elsewhere . It was perfect! The view was to die for And we actually were able to snorkel and find more turtles and photography opportunities underwater at this bay right outside of our door then any other places we snorkeled on the island ! Just a lovely place done very well and made very comfortable by the owner. We would definitely recommend that to anyone wanting to go to Maui!

Beautiful ocean front stay

An absolutely stunning condo to stay in. We spent the first three days of our honeymoon in Napili and this rental had everything. It was walkable to dining. Easy to get in and out with our car and had everything we needed. It’s right next to a beautiful beach cove that we could snorkel and relax in beach chairs. It was quiet and we heard virtually no noise. The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. Hope we can find ourselves back in Maui and we would rent this condo again. 11 out of 10

This condo was located perfectly by the ocean! Heard the sound of waves all day and night. Beautifully decorated and exactly as described. Perfect for two people. Easy walk to Napili Bay and some good restaurants. Can’t wait to come back!

Great View of Napili Bay

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit looked just like the pictures. It's nicely remodeled and the location has a wonderful view of Napili Bay. The sound of waves crashing on the shore reef and the distinct song of myna birds make you feel connected to the charm of Maui. I prefer the two-story vacation condos of Napili Shores versus the fancy high-rise hotels of other resort areas.

This is a great, nicely updated property. Epic, the rental company, was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Also, upon my late check-in, the property’s security guard was very helpful! The view is breathtaking

Beautifully located

We Love Napili Shores and this unit in the A block was stunning. Newly decorated and remodeled with a perfect view of Napili beach. Check-in was smooth with no issues. Host was very quick to respond. And for all those digging through reviews for tidbits of information about the unit, the bed was soooooo comfy and despite other reviews of the A block units there was no noise from the shuffleboard court or Gazebo restaurant - or any other surrounding units. If you like the sounds of the ocean to lull you to sleep then this is the place for you.

Awesome Location

This unit was nicely renovated and was a beach front location. Also beside the Gazebo. This was an upgrade to last years unit. Love this resort location.

Serene and spotless seaside studio with wonderful whitewater views! The listing is accurate and all communication was timely and thorough. We had no need to clarify anything. Next time we'll bring our "kids" and grandkids, too!

Epic Reality bait and switch

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Epic Reality took our reservation then said they needed for us to sign another contact so they were covered for liability then told us none of the facilities were open. They would not accept our request to cancel all the while knowing the governor closed all West Maui until October 8th. When the laundry access can didn't work they were helpless and blamed everyone but themselves. You cannot talk to anyone just a charbox text message machine. I will not use any property they represent again.

Ocean views in great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautifully renovated spacious studio felt so tranquil. Gorgeous bathroom with large shower and double sinks. Napili Bay views were lovely--andso easy to walk there and snorkel or sunbath using condo-supplied chairs. Only drawback was louvered transom windows did not close so sometimes heard noise from shuffleboard players out front, but usually over by 9 pm. Parking can be tricky but we always lucked out with one close to the unit. Mgmt. communication was excellent! Highly recommend.
