Triplex Unit 3 Miles From Downtown with office space

Looking for a medium-term rental in ATX? My triplex has all you need and more. With a versatile stay length of a month or longer, I manage my own homes and I can work with your schedule to make sure you're set!

Individuals or a couple will love this spacious unit of 500 sq ft. It has excellent amenities including keyless entry and 2TB Google Fiber Internet making it ideal for guests looking to work remotely in the separate office space.

The home has plenty of parking and is in a great neighborhood. St Edwards University is within walking distance or take a break from work and head out our back gate to Blunn Creek Preserve for a nice hike.

The home is split into three different apartments. Unit C is at the front left side the home, facing the street. There is a designated spot to park in the driveway and plenty of street parking out front for free.

Walk straight into the kitchen and living room space where you'll find the large TV and a dining area right in front of a window. Feel at home with a fully stocked kitchen, perfect for a long or medium stay. The home's open concept allows for great entertaining with an island that seats three and a sectional perfect for movie nights or watching the big game!

Here for work? Plenty of outlets are placed around the island so you can take meetings while enjoying your coffee or hide away in the office space where you'll find an office chair and desk with a professional background for your video calls.

The bedroom has a king bed and is toward the back of the home across the hallway from the bathroom. The bedroom contains a large closet with an extra dresser inside for plenty of storage for your stay. An extra closet is also located in the office if you tend to overpack.

The laundry is located inside the bathroom as seen in the photos. The large bathroom makes getting ready a breeze. Extra perk- the shower head is great for taller guests.

Windows throughout the home allow for natural light to flood in. Prefer the dark? Close the blinds for a dark cave-like experience.

Guests are welcome to access the home, the table and chairs right outside of the unit and the backyard. You must enter by using the gate on the far right side of the home. We ask that you respect the other guests as the backyard is a shared space between all three units. There is also a gate to the Preserve that the yard backs up to.

This is a triplex. The backyard is shared between the three units, but we ask that if you have not rented out the A or B unit you avoid their patio space directly outside their units and use the grass area or grill patio space. Your private patio is located directly outside your unit's door.

Our neighborhood is full of young families and Austinites. Just down the hill from St. Edwards and right next door to the Blunn Creek Nature Preserve, the neighborhood is highly sought after. Conveniently located near I-35 highway, the home is ideal for commuting throughout Austin.

Live in ATX

We stayed at this location for two months between moving into the area. The space was a great size (perfect for WFH) and delightful to come back home to. The location was fantastic - close to I-35 (airport), just off South Congress, and backed up to a hiking trail. The neighborhood was safe and pleasant to walk around as well. Nils was attentive to any concerns and incredibly easy to communicate with. Would absolutely recommend this listing for a longer stay!
