A unique home that overlooks the New Orleans Lakefront Marina with a front porch that faces West End Park and rear porch that faces the marina. We are right next door to the Southern Yacht Club. Featuring 1 spacious bedroom, an open kitchen/living space, and two great porches to enjoy your time relaxing on the water. Located in quiet part of New Orleans with amazing sunrises/sunsets and Wednesday evening sailboat races. Only 20 minutes from New Orleans International Airport & the French Quarter!
The space
Perfect place to relax - open space where everyone can find their own spot. Whether it is in a sofa, chair, bed or floor on the inside - or sofa or chair on a porch - or sitting on the dock fishing or crabbing - you will find your place to enjoy your time at this unique New Orleans home!
Guest access
Our guests will have access to all the living spaces and porches on the second floor - and access docks on the first floor. Unfortunately, our boat slip will not be available for guest use.
