Overall a great stay

I absolutely loved this house, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Phil offered me an early check in because of the time that my flight landed. There was plenty of parking in the circle driveway. There was a nice outdoor living space and a bedit toilet in the master bedroom. The only negatives I would say about the house is the ants in the kitchen, we had to throw grocery away because the ants had attacked! Also two of the beds listed are stowaway beds which I did not know until I got there which was slightly misleading. Nonetheless, all the beds were comfortable including the rollaway bed. Overall, I loved this house and I plan to stay here whenever I’m in Miami with a large group

Perfect Miami stay with family

We had an amazing stay here. The pictures give a very accurate representation of the villa and the property looks even better in real life. We were a group of 3 families. The kids were never bored with all the entertainment options. The kitchen is well stocked. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Communication with the owner was very professional and prompt. Our queries were resolved timely and any assistance was promptly provided. The location allowed us to get around the area very efficiently. We thank the owners for making our stay memorable. We would certainly hope the villa is available, if we were to return to Miami. Look no further and enjoy!
