Special Beach Vacation Home on the 30A! Gulf views from observatory tower, heated pool, game room, premium neighborhood, tv's in every room, maybe 300 yards from the public Dune Allen Regional Beach Access and my favorite eatery/entertainment place at the iconic Stinky's Fish Camp and Stinky's Bait Shack. Sleeps 10 comfortably!

Literally situated right on top of the hilltop, this beautiful 3-story home offers the ultimate beach vacation getaway.. Fresh and open main living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, large dining space, and spacious family room. Off the kitchen through double doors is the bunk room with a double over double bunk and a single over single bunk. Full bathroom right across the hall.

The second level boasts two enormous bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, double vanity sinks in the full bath, walk-in closet, and screened in porch. The secondary bedroom has a full bath, walk-in closet, and screened in porch where you can hear the ocean surf in the evening. Escape to the top level, the observation tower and deck, to find a lounge with wet bar leading to an outdoor deck with panoramic views to the Gulf of Mexico!

Check out these extras: Heated pool, large fenced backyard, spacious back deck, gas bbq with direct gas hookup, charcoal bbq, two bikes, and our favorite part of the home the GAME ROOM in the 2-car garage. Complete with ping-pong table, arcade game, 70" TV, and full size refrigerator. Tons of private parking on the oversized driveway.

If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. Family friends trip

Amazing stay! House was clean and in a great neighborhood. The golf cart was a lifesaver when hauling stuff and people to the beach. The pool was also great for when we had enough of the ocean. Something to do for everyone. We didn’t ride the bikes, but they were available. Nice shade all day long on the back porch area. Definitely will be back! Thank you for the memories Hilltop Drive.

Great location, beautiful property

The location was perfect and a little bit quieter than the hustle and bustle of the town center. The public access to the beach was just down the road. The pool was a perfect size and we were able to spend some time there when the beach had double red flags. Great stay. Would rent here again.

Awesome stay

Loved we could bring our dog and the fenced in yard. Easy walk to the beach and refreshing to have the private pool to enjoy afterwards. Was so much fun for family and friends to hang out - thank you!

Easy peasy

Place was clean. There were childproof doors that went out to the pool which made me feel great since the kids room is on a different floor than the master and the pool door was next to their room. There were tons of towels for the beach and for showers. The public beach is within walking distance but the golf cart was great.

Great management company & propertt

From the moment of booking the rental company was on point. Communication before, during and after the stay were on par to the point that I already looked up the same week & property for next year. Recommend this property as it is very close to the beach, the pool is great, the extra garage room is excellent for kids and for a separate place for those that stay up later than others. Overall I give this a 10/10!

The house was wonderful and in a great location! The golf cart was absolutely a perk and made getting down to the beach super convenient! The house was very clean and we loved the pool too!

Santa Rosa Vacation

This was our second stay at this property this year . We were there back in May 2023 for a week stay . We enjoyed the area and home so much , we rebooked for a week in September 2023. We were just as happy with this trip as the first. If there was an issue , it was quickly resolved . The area , beach access , house , heated pool and golf cart were all fantastic to have with easy access to all. Fantastic! Looking forward to our next visit in Santa Rosa and this perfect property for my family .

Amazing 30A getaway

we stayed here for a summer vacay and it was perfect in every way. Perfect for families or a couple wanting a private getaway on the quieter end of 30A. it was awesome for wading into to cool off and for lounging. Location was awesome and a short golf cart ride to popular Gulf place or the beach. Included golf cart was super. Only short fall was there were no layout chairs around the pool as shown in the photos so if laying out by the pool is your plan, better bring your own. No one will stay here and not find paradise

Family stay

Overall went well. House is very charming. Location and amenities are on par with other houses in the neighborhood. May not be the new west house on the block but had everything you needed and I for one loved that it wasn’t the standard white/grey houses you saw all around us. Rooftop deck area was really nice. Game room was a fun late night thing to do once the kids were asleep. As someone with young kids, I appreciated the gated pool. Back deck was beautiful. Overall, no complaints. We will certainly be back.

Amazing Family Vacation

Beautiful home. Everything was as described. Check in was a breeze. Loved the fact that we had immediate contact with host if we needed anything. Super friendly had the best recommendations from them for food. 1st thing my husband said was we will be back!! Pool was refreshing. Would definitely recommend and book again!!

Family vacation

Wonder home ! With very close proximity to the beach !

First time visiting Santa Rosa , just beautiful! ! The home was amazing , the pool was fantastic! The beach was clean and water crystal clear .Everyone was kind and accommodating everywhere we visited . The Wonderful home with a private pool ! We utilized the ping pong table , golf cart for shopping and getting around the area . We had a wonder time and the host was very accommodating of our needs ! We will visit again ! Thank you for the fantastic memories made . Wonderful vacation!

Beach Life Vacation Company will be the downfall of this property!

This is the 5th year that my family has come to Santa Rosa Beach for a Spring Break vacation with our three little ones. The other properties were always well-maintained and the management company was welcoming. But, not Beach Life. We saw that this property was a little rough around the edges (i.e. leaking shower head, dust in the corners, slow-draining tub). Day 2: there were ants all over the black countertop. We didn't leave any unopened food on the counter overnight. We wiped down the countertops with bleach wipes and proceeded to make breakfast only for the ants to return. The family occupying the master bathroom had to relocate to the bathroom downstairs because the tub stopped draining altogether. There was standing water in the tub from just running the shower. Beach Life sent someone out to unclog the drain, and spray the ants - the ants came back after this. She offered $200 or to cancel the reservation - which wasn't an option with 3 kids. Day 3: We woke up to a cold pool that was supposed to be heated. Beach Life stated the water level was too low. The regular Pool Cleaner shows up and says the same thing adding that there was NO chlorine AND that he's been telling them about this for weeks. We get a scathing txt stating there is nothing wrong with the pool, we are liars then proceed to minimize the maintenance issues as if we should just get over it. We stopped by the office to talk to Kitty and she tells us the owners wanted us evicted on the first night!

Thanksgiving

A last minute opportunity arose for my family to be able to visit the area during Thanksgiving. The rental process for this property was super easy and quick, which was great as we have friends that live right around the corner. Super spacious home with game room and heated pool made for a wonderful time!

Great place! Great location!

First let me say that Todd was amazing! Anything I reached out to him about he was more than accommodating. The house is very close to the beach and to the best restaurant, Stinkys. We have stayed in both Destin and now Santa Rosa and I won’t go back to Destin. The beach was a block away and had parking everyday we went. The house was perfect and so was the pool. There is plenty of towels including beach towels which is nice to not have to bring your own. One of the best parts of the house was the garage. The kids loved playing ping pong, riding the bikes and hanging out. Overall I would definitely recommend this house. We will be back!

This little slice of heaven is exactly what our family and friends needed for a vacation.

We were excited to explore the beach and have a place to come back to easily with the kiddos. The walk to the beach was easy and if you wanted to drive the short distance (little kiddos) there was plenty of space to park at the public entrance. The pool offered all the entertainment needed for the wide range of kids. The adults even enjoyed it. There was plenty for all to do, ping pong and the arcade gaming system was quite popular. There were plenty of pool floats, toys, umbrellas, and even boogie boards. There were plenty of towels for all of us and space! We would love to visit again!

We loved the house and all the activities that was provided.My older grand children were able to amuse themselves with the game room and pool. The cleaners were not able to get to the property until about an hour before our arrival, so there were a few things that could have been a little cleaner, but overall it was a pleasant experience

One of the better rentals on 30A

This house was absolutely perfect for our group- everything was as advertised. If you look at the set up and think “we’d love this house”, you can be assured you will. Now, it’s not as high end finished and furnished as some of the most palatial on 30A but for those of us who have been vacationing here for more than 25 years, we know that those super high end finishings and furnishings aren’t really what you want with kids and family coming in and out from the pool and beach. This house is super comfortable- we could all be together watching college baseball or stranger things very comfortably or eat all together but we could also spread out on the porches, the back deck or the garage when it rained and we needed some space. The two second floor rooms were huge. The observation deck room was kinda small- you see that in the pics-but my 10 year old took his sleeping bag up there to sleep and loved it because he liked seeing the stars. My college student and his friend loved the bunk room and the garage set up. The pool was beautiful, you can’t get a better situation to get to the beach. This end of 30a is less crowded and an easy drive to Walmart or Publix. It’s also an easy drive to gulf place with its restaurants and shops. I highly, highly recommend this property for an enjoyable vacation that is relaxing, fun and stress free!!

Fantastic House and great location

This house is absolutely beautiful. It is three stories with three beautiful balconies. The master suites were very roomy and comfortable. The heated pool was so nice in both day and night. My wife and I played the games in the game room. I liked ping pong and my wife liked PAC Man. The appliances were top end. This kitchen is made for a large groups but romantic for just two. The beach is literally a three minute walk. The walk is easier than the bikes. The bikes are brand new so going on the paths are fun. My favorite part was going on the third level to see the stars, sunsets and more. Great for the parents to get away from the kids. I can’t wait until the next time there.

Great beach house

Beautiful house as described 2 minute walk to beach Kitchen well stocked Destin attractions 20 minutes away Pool was great Only downside king mattress uncomfortable and bathrooms (shower) could be better But the trade off for the pool and short walk to the beach was worth the compromise
