Floating steps separate the first baja shelf with 3 water fountains from the large pool. A second baja shelf with in water seats and umbrella make it a great place to enjoy a beverage out of the sun while still being in the water. No backyard is complete without a hot tub, and this is a favorite outdoor space that was specifically located for the best view of the mountains. Watching the sunset from this spot is just Divine. When it gets cold at night there are 2 fire pits to keep you warm. One is surrounded with an outdoor sectional; the other is located right next to the hot tub so you can dry off and be warm on those cold winter nights.

This home is just a 7 minute drive from downtown Palm Springs - a quick ride to shopping, restaurants, nightlife, and casinos. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway and several hiking trails are just 5 minutes away!
