The open living space in this home is designed to be both functional and luxurious with its floor-to-ceiling glass doors that allow for natural light to flood in. The oversized chef's kitchen is equipped with all the necessary cookware and modern appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. The main living area also features a comfortable and stylish plush sectional, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining table that can seat up to 4 people.
The principal king-size bedroom, located on the main floor, offers astonishing ocean views, and has direct access to the infinity pool and patio. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.
