We enjoyed our Christmas here with family. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. The kids loved the play room and enjoyed a lot of time in there.
Love the cabin location, the weather, The time was too short. Will love to come back to same cabin again in the near future. I could go on and on with how well the stay went.
This is 3rd year that my siblings and myself have gotten away for a few days! It was an awesome cabin to relax in!! It was freezing cold this year, but we got out during the day and went to Blue Ridge, Blairsville, McCaysville and a little trip to the casino in Murphy! Relaxed in the evenings with a beautiful fire in the fireplace!!! Fully recommend a stay at the Bradley Cabin!!!!!
Cabin is very cute, well furnished and well-kept. Location is remote and on the water, perfectly distanced between Blue Ridge, Blairsville, and Helen. Owner is communicative and thoughtful. We had a great stay.
My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary and escape. The cabin sits on the Taccoa River and is in a tranquil location. We enjoyed hiking and sightseeing, and there was plenty of that in the area. We also enjoyed visiting Dahlonega and Blue Ridge to go shopping and dining. The communication from the owners was excellent and helpful when needed. I definitely recommend this location. We will return.
The cabin was located on a hill side above the upper Taccoa River. The road leading to it was very narrow and rutted the last few hundred yards. It was dry as we had excellent weather but wet/rainy weather could be a problem unless vehicle has 4 wheel drive. The cabin had parking for two vehicles. Check in process was easy. The cabin was well appointed and had plenty of paper products but nothing in the fridge- not even condiments. The walls were completely covered with antiques. This may have contributed to the musty smell when arriving. I got used to it but my partner didn’t. The only other issues were the steps leading from the cabin deck down to the river bank had a rotten board near the bottom that will need replacing Also the steps down to the river proper were gone due to a flood. River access was about a 100 yds upriver. I rented this cabin because it looked to have a good stretch of river to fly fish. I was disappointed in the fishing as I only caught 1 small trout.
Great Location! Very relaxing and peaceful! Everything we needed was located in the cabin! Checkin and check out was straightforward. The directions to the cabin were very precise and easy to follow. Lots to do! Spent most of our time at the cabin. We were just a little disappointed that the steps no longer went all the way down to the river, but that didn't interfere with our relaxing and fun stay. A great place to stay!!
We stayed at the Bradleys cabin last weekend(8/22-8/25). The check in and check out process is very straightforward. The cabin is very nice, everything was clean when we arrived. This is a great location if you are looking to float the toccoa or do some fishing! Thank you!
We had a great family vacation. Alot of great memories made!! The host Mr. Bradley contacted us the day we arrived to make sure we had everything - house had everything. Their check-in instructions says to stop at Food Lion/ Walmart prior, this is true. We all played, fished (caught fish too), and did hillbilly tubing in the river - water shoes are a must!!
We enjoyed playing foosball, and cornhole the most but it had so many other games too. We did shopping downtown, hiking and tourtist places to visit near by. (VanZandts, FallBranch Falls, Mercier Orchards, Swinging Bridge, Twisted Tomato). We even planned our next years vacation to this cabin. Thank you again for having us to your beautiful home!
Stayed art this cabin for a guys trip. Caught tons of trout and enjoyed the cabin as it has a great fire pit, plenty of games in the basement and not too far from our ridge.
Nice property on the Toccoa River. A bit remote but easy to find fishing spots near by and a beautiful drive into downtown Blue Ridge for shopping and food. Cool evenings made for nice time sitting outside by the fire. Cabin was totally perfect for our stay. It was well stocked with the essentials. We even took advantage of the ping pong table downstairs.
This is a very quaint place.
Sitting on the back porch listening to the river was so peaceful. Would definitely go back again when we could stay longer. Perfect place for summertime.
So relaxing and laid back that we asked the owner if an additional night was available. Communication with Mr. Bradley was amazing and he called to let us know that the additional night was open. Loved our stay!!!!!!
The location is great. An easy 30 min drive to downtown Blue Ridge. The game room in the basement was a huge plus for us. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We had a question when we first got there and they got back to us quickly. It was a great stay for us. We hope to come back in warmer weather!
This property was a lot of fun! Our family of 8 enjoyed the sound/sights of the river, the big field for the kids to play in, and the game room! It was a great vacation and the cabin had everything you could need for your stay! Mr. Bradley was a great host, even calling to checkin to make sure everything was good! Weather was cold and we had some snow flurries but we can't wait to visit again in the summer to hang out in the beautiful river!
Cozy and comfortable, great place to come and hang out. Right on the river and plenty of space in and around cabin to just stay there, nut close enought to surrounding towns to go do plenty of other things too.
The location of the cabin was great. Being on the Upper Toccoa provided a great backdrop and ok fishing opportunity.
We were able to get to downtown Blue Ridge in 30 minutes. We also were able to get to most fishing spot within 30 minutes or less.
The kitchen was great for cooking meals after long days outdoors.
The Fireplace was also used for the rainy evenings when the fire pit couldn't be used.
The cabin was comfortable and inviting.
just what we were looking for. Watching and listening to the river flow was the absolute in peacefulness and relaxation. This was our second stay at this amazing log cabin. Hopefully not our last!!!!!
