Come relax at this Waterfront Retreat! Tampa's only all-waterfront, all-suite resort is perfectly positioned for those traveling for business or simply to relax. Located on beautiful Rocky Point Island, Sailport Resort is just minutes from Westshore business district, Downtown Tampa, and the Tampa International Airport but without the noise.

The Space:
Updated 24 Feb '25: We're excited to announce that after the recent hurricanes, our unit is in perfect condition and ready to welcome you! Both lifts are now fully operational, and we are pleased to report that the heated pool is also functioning smoothly. Beach access is fully open. However, please note that some outdoor amenities such as the sun deck, fire pit, and grill are still under maintenance. We've adjusted our prices to reflect the current market conditions. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to hosting you in beautiful Tampa!

The Neighborhood:
Located right on the bay side of Tampa, we are only short walk/drive to many local attractions:

- 0.5 to a Grocery Store;
- 3.5 miles to Tampa International Airport;
- 8 miles to Raymond James Stadium and Steinbrenner Field
- 8.5 to Downtown Tampa and University of Tampa;
- 9 miles to Tampa Convention Center;
- 10 miles to Big Cat Rescue
- 15 miles to Busch Gardens;
- 15 miles to Clearwater Beach and Clearwater Marine Aquarium;
- 20 miles to Downtown St.Petersburg with a vast array of museums and galleries including The Salvador Dali and the Chihuly Collection
- 80 miles to Orlando’s Theme Parks.

Getting Around:
For the fitness people, besides the outdoor gym offered on the premises, there is a walkway/ bike path that runs parallel to Route 60 and right along the water, offering a beautiful view while burning the calories. Why not let someone else do the driving and arrange an Uber or Lyft? 5 minutes from TPA, or a short drive to many Tampa Bay attractions.

Great place to stay

The condo has everything we needed-the bay view, beach park nearby and homelike experience. Host communication was very clear so check in and the stay was very smooth. The place has quiet surroundings while very secure.

Within expectations

The location was great, easy in and out of the neighborhood. The community is quiet and safe. The condo is older and can use a little bit update, but for a short family trip escaping the winter, this is within expectation. We would recommend it.

Excellent property!

Everything was perfect! Except there was no way to bake any food, which I reached out to the property owner about several times but never received a baking sheet. Kind of a downer because we had grocery shopped for the time we were going to be there and ended up having to throw away food :-( other than that we had an excellent time :-)

This is our 3rd stay at this resort, a different condo each time. Everything was very clean, well stocked. The views over the pool and bay were great! We could sit on balcony and enjoy the live music from our room. The beach area was relaxing overlooking the bay. We would stay there again!

Loved being near the water! Great location by causeway walkway and half way between Tampa and Clearwater. Quiet, nice pool bar, easy parking. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway

Great trip, great location, close to everything. Our trip was after the second hurricane so the property wasn't in the best shape but the condo was great. Pros: Location Check in and out was easy Condo was clean and comfortable Great view from the balcony. Cons: Strong cleaning supply smell , too much pinesol Internet was weak cause the living room TV to fade in and out and the guide not to work Fire alarm at 3am wasn't fun but. It sure who to blame for that Overall great stay and would book again.

Great location! Had a wonderful view of water. Lots of amenities. Unfortunately weather was bad and we only stayed one day. This was our second time here and will definitely return!

Tampa Getaway

This property was pretty much as advertised. The unit was clean and comfortable. There are separate pool and beach areas on the property, and the tiki hut restaurant by the pool has excellent food. The location is within reasonable driving distance to St. Pete, Clearwater, Dunedin, and Ybor City. We would go back there again.

Great place!!

Condo is exactly as pictures show in photos. Beautiful, extremely clean, very comfortable and well maintained. We loved the relaxed environment around the pool, enjoyed live music, food and drink bar. Gorgeous sunsets to top off the weekend we were hoping for in order to enjoy the special occasion we were celebrating. Very easy rental process and check in/out process. Thank you!!

Great Stay in Page

We had a wonderful stay in Paige. The home is clean, well taken care of and well appointed. There were even board games available for use. We had 1 issue upon checking in, but they were very quick to respond and resolve it. Overall, we were extremely pleased and would absolutely stay again. The only (very small) recommendation I would make, would be to add mirror in the bedrooms. Three of the rooms share a single bathroom, so having a mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful.

This unit was very clean and bright. Everything was in working order. Kudos to whoever cleans this unit! The lines were hotel quality! The views were awesome, we watched the Sunset from the Balcony. The tiki bar at the pool was awesome too! The only thing missing was a bigger pool. It was very crowded.

We will return! Extremely clean! Great view Had everything we needed Communication with owner was clear and prompt Toilet paper was quality The condo and entire property felt very safe for me and my 7 yr old Lots of kids but wasn't loud Pool Was smaller than pictures but still excellent Pool Was warm The sand area in pictures is now decked in and nice (just don't be prepared to play in sand) Tiki bar had very fairly priced food and tasted great! Building staff very friendly. Need baggies/ clear wrap/ aluminum foil if you plan to really utilize kitchen. We will Return
