The Space:
Private 1.1 Acre lot located on the mountain giving you tons of space to explore and enjoy the Vermont landscape in all seasons.
We are located on the mountain, above the Clocktower base area – you will never have to fight with traffic through the Town of Ludlow to get to the lifts! It’s an easy 3-minute drive to the parking lots, downhill all the way.
In peak season, you can even walk up the road to the Sunshine Quad lift, located in SouthFace Village.
This house is on the mountain, surrounded by trees, giving you plenty of privacy. The property is bordered by a stream on the west side, which is particularly scenic in the spring. Enjoy sitting on the deck, watching the snowfalls or fall foliage.
The three levels mean you can spread out! The lower level is great for kids (games, air hockey table, TV) and the middle level is great for adults (comfy seating, gas fireplace). The upstairs loft is perfect for friends/family sleepovers (and features a TV for late movie nights).
The kitchen is stocked – pots, pans, appliances, cookie sheets, cupcake tins! Take-out from town is great, but you can also enjoy cooking your meals at home.
WiFi across the home and great cellular service mean that you’re never disconnected!
Brand new Jacuzzi hot tub, fully services between each guest stay, means you can unwind comfortably after a long day hitting the slopes.
