Unique top floor unit with amazing Siesta beach views! This is the only unit in the tower with a sitting room addition featuring floor to ceiling windows and skylights. This beachfront unit is just steps to the sand with Siesta Beach views from every room! Just a short ride down the elevator from the 6th floor and you're on the sand.

The living room is spacious with comfortable furniture you can relax in along with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. A wall of windows with access to the balcony providing easy inside/outside living. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony, king size bed, with full private bath. The guest room includes a king size bed and walk-in closet. Enjoy all the amenities this condo has to offer, including flat screen TVs, DVD and secure Wi-Fi Internet access. Washer and Dryer are conveniently located in the unit.

This unit has a 7-night minimum Saturday to Saturday rental policy.

What it means to be pampered

Fantastic property overlooking a world class view and beach. Perfectly decorated unit curated with just the right colors, furnishings and unique pieces to make you feel you are in a real resort. Great amenities, a terrific complex with equally appreciative vacationers and a very nice host.
