From gourmet grilling to happy hour hosting, the ground-floor patio is primed for good times – there's even an outdoor smart TV equipped for added entertainment. In the evenings head out to the main-floor deck with your favorite beverage to enjoy a nightcap around the gas firepit.

A sleek, inset fireplace, a sectional, and large smart TV set the stage for group gatherings on the main floor, while the furnished living area on the second floor also offers sofa seating and a smart TV for flexible viewing options. Spark culinary inspiration in the sparkling stainless steel kitchen, equipped with a deluxe array of major appliances and accessories including a five-burner gas range and dedicated beverage fridge. Central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a washer/dryer round out all the modern essentials of home. Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for Lake Travis so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
