This 53-acre property is adjacent to Camp Creek for outdoor fanatics to explore nature's wonders. Enjoy the sun setting from the porch, roasting s'mores by the firepit or watching the water flow through the nearby pond.

Our 1200 sqft 1 Bedroom Cabin includes:
• Bedroom: 2 queen beds, smart TV, ensuite bathroom with tiled shower and laundry room with washer/dryer
• Living Area: queen sofa bed, double futon, fireplace and smart TV
• Kitchen: fully equipped. Extras- dining table, large island, blender, coffee, baking sheet, wine glasses, bbq utensils and pantry items/spices
• Outdoor Area: furnished wrap-around porch, charcoal grill and firepit

• Our unit is a single-level home without stairs. Accessible features include a home-wide doorway, a flat pathway to the front door and an entrance ramp
• The gravel road will lead you on a scenic yet vigorous 3-5 minute hike down the pond and toward Camp Creek
• You’ll find extra firewood for the firepit and charcoal grill in the shed at the end of the driveway
• The closet in the main bedroom is stocked with sheets, blankets as well as pillows for the futon and pull-out couch
• This unit does not include a dishwasher
• Black bear sightings are common in this area. However, keep a safe distance, lock your car doors, avoid feeding them and don’t leave trash, food or toiletries outside
• Weather & Power Outage Disclaimer: Extreme weather and unforeseen power outages may impact travel and utilities. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to these events, as they are beyond our control. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover any unexpected disruptions.

Relax at the Cabin, Retreat or Lodge in the West Virginia Mountains close to wonderful ski slopes at Winterplace or try Ace Adventures if you prefer the excitement of White Water rafting down the New River, one of 2 rivers in the World that runs South to North. There are the famous ATV Hatfield McCoy trails along with other beautiful State Parks for picnics, horseback riding, fishing and hiking. A world of adventure awaits!
If you prefer the stunning Smokey Mountains of Tennessee, just outside of Gatlinburg, we have a gorgeous large cabin to entertain your entire family and friends sleeping up to 16 people comfortably. This cabin was built in 2017 and has 4 en-suite King Bedrooms along with Queen over Queen bunk beds. It has beautiful views that you can enjoy from a hot tub on the side porch, a barbecue, a movie room and outside play area for kids. Conveniently located close to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and Ober Ski resort.
