Why they chose this property

The neighborhood has a wonderful balance of both urban and rural feel. There are many public paths through fields and a nature reserve close by. The local high street which is within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the property has a range of shops, restaurants and amenities such as a Co-op, post office, pubs. The Chafford Gorges Nature Park, a 200-acre nature reserve located in Chafford Hundred is also near by (10 minutes drive); this is addition to Belhus Woods Country Park which is a 5 minutes drive.

There are also 3 golf courses nearby, there are Belhus Park Golf Course, Mardyke Valley Golf Club and Ingrebourne Links Golf & Country Club, all of which are 15 minutes or less drive from the property.

What makes this property unique

There is a bus stop near the property (less than 2 minutes walk) which provides connections to Lakeside shopping center, train stations and other parts of Essex and London such as Rainham and Hornchurch.
