Great Space at Sunny & Modern Studio

We had a great stay at the Sunny & Modern Studio. It had everything we needed. No complaints here. Would stay there again.

Good place to Stay!

The property manager was really nice and easy to get ahold of. The kitchen didn’t have very many cooking utensils to use. There also wasn’t much drawer space for your items. The location was 10-15 minutes from the center of downtown Denver and was also near a lake. Overall a pretty good stay!
