Guest Access:
Guests will be able to enter and exit the entire property freely. The home uses a keyless keypad entry for convenience.

The Neighborhood:
Property is located in the heart of Monterey Park, close to many shops, restaurants, and major freeways.

Other Things to Note:
*We love pets, but there is a NO pet policy.
*Please no parties or events or additional guests that were not previously reported.
*The guest home is located at the end of the driveway on the left hand side. You can access the property by unlocking the blue wooden fence.
*Guests will need to park on the street, but please be sure to read the parking signs for restricted days/hours—street sweeping days. Street parking is plentiful.
*Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.
