Disgusting
Upon checking into this property , as soon as I walked in to sit my purse down it was hair and dirt on the kitchen counters. I immediately begun to check the rest of the house : refrigerator was dirty , stove was dirty , I proceed to get my camera out for pictures , the stools had hair all over them including the floor, master bedroom bathroom had hair in the tub and shower , toilet was stain and nasty, proceeding upstairs it was a roach in the bedroom and the sheets and pillows was stained in one of the bedrooms all the floors had trash and needed to be swept and vacuumed , I was completely disgusted, I than called the host and sent over pictures . Just getting off the plane I had to see this , the host gave me the number of the person in charge of the cleaning, spoke with her she assured me that she was sending someone over to re-clean the house I left the house for about 4-6 hours until the house was done, wasn't given anything back for the amount I paid. I will be taking this to court. Don't stay here they do not care.
