The spare bedroom has a sitting area ( with sofa bed ) that can also serve as a 3rd bedroom if needed. So a newly remolded house, 3 blocks from beach, walking distance to great bars/restaurants, parks, and boardwalk entertainment... all for an affordable price... so don't delay and miss out on your families Wildwood vacation !!

Me and my wife Michelle love the Jersey Shore.. We have so many great memories here that we decided to buy a beach condo 5 years ago in Wildwood. We sold the condo this year to upgrade to a small beach house.. We put alot of time, money, and effort into making this our home away from home so please treat it as your home while you stay with us. Why they chose this property
Great location. close to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars and bay. Neighbors on both sides are super friendly. Parking is free but it can get packed, there are usually open spots available in front of the house or on the street but if not, the next block always has available spots.

Very private fenced in back yard with deck and outdoor shower.
