Beach House Loft: Luxe Hot Tub, Ocean Views, Steps To Beach, Historical Views!

(THIS HOME IS NOT SHARED AND IS PRIVATE TO YOU. POOL AND HOT TUB ARE PRIVATE AS WELL)
This Beach House is directly across the street from the beach in Kill Devil Hills, NC. This home is the same home as our Nicki Beach (5 bedroom) listing but we just rent it as a "one bedroom two bath" as another option. Please note you would be renting the full home minus those four bedrooms, they are not marketed or shown in the photos they are locked. We have a strict occupancy of two guests (If you do have a small child or baby we can make an exception for this). We could open additional bedrooms for a fee but just reach out prior to booking for the current rates. Each extra bedroom we open sleeps two additional guests. This is a great option to save money but not have to rent all five bedrooms the home can offer. Rent it as a one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, four bedroom or five :)

There is a public beach access directly across the street where all guests can walk too. You're centrally located and the house is absolutely beautiful.

Anniversary trip

This trip was a last minute booking and we decided to stay in a home verses a hotel this time. The entire process was easy. Communication by the owner was great from start to finish. The property was well maintained and looked like the pictures on-line. The location was close to the beach and we were able to see from the deck and bedroom. The pool was clean and very nice to have for the end of the day visiting the beach. We did not use the hot-tub but saw that it was clean and well maintained. The wow factor was very high and the little details that Artim thought of made the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect,getaway!

Highly recommend. Spotless, well appointed with everything you may need, very modern and recently renovated. Not your typical rental, Artim went above and beyond to make this feel like a home. Host was extremely accommodating and responsive. We had two kids and two adults and the house was perfect for our family. Fully fenced yard with heated pool and hot tub was great. House is steps from the beach too. Highly recommend!
