Memories are in the making at this family-friendly fisherman’s retreat.This cozy home has something for everyone to enjoy. The spacious property backs up into the waters edge of your private 50 foot seawall. An outdoor grill pavilion provides plenty of shade for a bbq, a fish fry or any outdoor gathering.The pier is equipped with a fish cleaning station for your catch. The space
This is 2 story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Sleeping accommodations for up to 10 guest with 4 full sized beds and 1 king size bed. Your own private covered outdoor grilling area with picnic tables and access to fire pit ready for s’mores. Fish all day or night with plenty of lighting and fishing rod holder along lower and upper deck. 2 Kayaks are available ( 275 lb weight limit) at an additional $25 each for the length of your stay. Outdoor cameras facing pier and front of property are operational for the personal protection of our property while vacant. There is an Alexa on the living room end table within guest reach to use with Bluetooth speaker capability. Absolutely no indoor or outdoor pets. No indoor smoking please.

Private property with full access to house, covered grill area pavilion, and your own private double deck pier with boat dock. Please be mindful of neighboring residents with music and speakers. They have requested a 10 pm to 7am in accordance to noise ordinance, turn down of outside noise/music is appreciated.
Other things to note
Our home has stairs leading up to the doors. One bedroom and bathroom is downstairs with the other 2 bedrooms upstairs and another full walk-in shower. There is additional stairs leading to the patio area and pier. This property may not be suitable for wheelchair access.

Relaxation by the Arroyo
The property was just as described in the pictures. It was well maintained, and we had no issues with the property during our stay. Property owners were available by phone when we had difficulty accessing key. Neighbors were also quiet which was also nice. Home has all basic kitchen tools, microwave, stove, outdoor grill and a nice fire pit. The pier was large enough for our group. The outdoor area was well lit. It was overall a good trip.

Amazing!
We had the perfect family fishing getaway we had hoped for! Great location & property owners were so helpful if we had any questions at all. We had 9 people in the house. Beds were comfortable and everything was nice & clean. Caught lots of trout even with weird weather & a few black drum. Caught nice redfish out on the flats through a nearby charter service. 100% would book this property again for future trips.
