Traveling on a budget but don't want to compromise your style? With this newly designed 1/1, you'll get to still have a lavish experience without breaking the bank. Enjoy the "gram worthy" seashell wall! It'll put a new twist on coastal living! All this, within the wonderfully safe Victoria Park area; central to the Art District and the Las Olas Party Scene. Save your pennies for the experience of vacationing without settling for a lower end property. Come stay with us!

Victoria Park is the hidden gem of Fort Lauderdale. It's provides the tranquility and safety of a suburban neighborhood whilst still being right in the center of the downtown party scene from Las Olas, the Galleria Mall, and the Art District. Located incredibly near the beach, Fort Lauderdale Airport, & Port Everglades, this location checks off all of the "must haves" while excluding the intensity of being in a busy city.

**House Rules**

Check-in time is from 4:00pm -12:00am. If you have a late/delayed flight, please let us know as soon as possible and we will be happy to work with you. Early check-ins are available upon request, however please understand that we cannot make any guarantees until the day of or before. If you are granted an early check in, the additional fees are as follows:
11am check-in: $250
2pm check-in: $150

Check-out
Check-out time is 11am. Late checkouts are based on availability and an additional fee of $150/per hour. Unless otherwise authorized by us, please give us a 24-hour notice for late checkout requests or if you would like to extend your stay with us.

Security
Our security protocol includes 4 outdoor cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. Please note: These devices are not meant to micro-manage our guests. It is solely there to monitor any suspicious activity that will trip the alarms and cause us concern.

Parking
PARKING IS PROVIDED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. All parking spaces are designated as parallel parking along the street adjacent to the white rocks. Guests are permitted to park only ONE vehicle directly in front of the unit. Kindly park only in your assigned spot. We will not be responsible for any parking violations, such as tickets, booting, or towing of vehicles.

Maximum Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is 10. However, there will be an additional fee of $40 per night per guest over 8 people.

Unauthorized Guests
All overnight guests must be listed with the booking. Any unauthorized guests will result in a direct violation of our house rules, and we reserve the right to cancel the stay immediately without any refunds.

Toilets
PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH PAPER TOWELS, TAMPONS, WIPES OF ANY SORT (NOT EVEN “FLUSHABLE” ONES), SANITARY NAPKINS, OR ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER.

Tropical Bugs
We do our very best to keep any unwanted creepy crawlies from joining your group! This includes a monthly treatment to exterminate any bugs! Yet and still, we are in Florida and you might still see a spider in a corner, June bugs trying to fly in, and the occasional roach that will try to dry off after a rainy day. Please keep in mind, this doesn’t mean there’s an infestation, just a couple unfriendly critters wanting in on your fun! Either way, please let us know if you encounter them and we will try to get to it as soon as possible.

Pool
Our pools get serviced weekly. If you or a previous guest overdoes it on the sun screen, you might start to see a film or foam start to form at the top of the pool. Additionally, there's a lot of trees above the pool area so it may get filled with tree debris rather quickly.

Smoking
There is to be NO SMOKING inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio (please utilize ashtrays - do not toss butts in the patio or rocks & PLEASE CLOSE ALL DOORS) or outside of the home. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home (ie smells of smoke, ashes, burns, etc) will cause for an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000.

Children’s Safety
Children are always welcome! After all, we have our own offspring! However, please keep your children safe. Our home is not childproofed. There is no physical pool barrier.

Pets
YES! There will be a $20 flat fee per night rate for 1 pet and a $30 flat fee per night rate for 2 pets. We do not have a weight restriction or type of pet restriction. Maximum of 2 pets per stay. Should you bring more than 2 please reach out as depending on the situation we may be able to accommodate you. Please ensure that you are following all local, state, and federal laws pertaining to your pets.
