Come enjoy the main level of my home for gathering with family, friends, or co-workers. You will find the large connected living room, dining area, and kitchen provide a cohesive space. The kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you need to cook a meal. You can also get some work done at one of the two dedicated workspaces. I live in the downstairs, separate apartment but you will not be bothered by myself or my dog(aside from an occasional bark, she is usually very quiet).

Great place to stay when trying to see the coast, wine country, Mt Hood, and the Columbia gorge. Well maintained. Really a star property. Well stocked, inviting home.
We traveled from CA for the Ironman triathlon and we were thrilled with the rental. It was minutes away from the race venue, close to stores overall great location. The amenities were plentiful and off street parking was great. We’d rebook again if we return.
Great stay for Mom, Dad and 2-year old son. We had everything we needed and more (including space). The location is perfect for exploring the Salem area - less than 5 minutes to downtown and riverfront. The host had beverages in the fridge, and a variety of coffee/tea options. Hot tub was a great bonus. We will definitely stay again next time we're headed to Salem.
House looks a bit rough on the outside, but is a gem inside. Floor plan worked well for our group. Good kitchen with everything you might need for a vacation stay. Loved having enough seasonings to actually cook! AC kept things comfortable. Comfy living room for hanging out. We missed having a deck and hope the host can get it replaced and make it available for guests. We would stay here again next visit to Salem!
So we were Visiting with Family in the area and wanted our own place to stay 3 adults and a grandchild of 6. The house was very comfortable With lots of room to spare. Had a bedroom left over. Every thing was there and laid out to be useful . The cabinets were labeled to help you find what you were looking for. We had no problems at this place and would book it again for our next stay in the area. I guess that's the real answer people want to know. Would you stay there agin? our answer is a solid YES!!!

About the host
Hosted by Jillian Tally
Hi, I'm Jillian. I recently bought my dream house but it is definitely more than I can afford. Luckily, I love being hospitable and I'm very excited to share the main part of this house with you while I live in the basement apartment. I've spent the past couple months furnishing, decorating, and cleaning this space to make it something I am proud of and that my guests can feel at home in while experiencing a unique space that is decorated with lots of love. If there is anything that I can do to improve your stay, I would love to be of assistance. I will not intrude on your stay but if you have any issues or requests, I am right downstairs and happy to help.
Why they chose this property
With plenty of space for the family, two dedicated work spaces, a fully stocked kitchen, jetted bathtub, and large tv in the living room-why not choose this house for your home away from home!
What makes this property unique
The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking tools, pots, pans, olive oil and spices. There is coffee, tea, creamer, and sweeteners. You can make your coffee just how you like it with the regular coffee pot, keurig, drip, or french press. There is too much in the kitchen to list everything so if you are wondering ahead of time if the kitchen has something, just ask!
