The space
This delightful Uptown getaway enjoys a marvelous location, two short blocks from wonderful restaurants, shops, & galleries. It has been really well remodeled yet retains its Old Sedona charm. The large, completely fenced-in, tree-lined backyard features an inviting patio & garden area. Cozy & comfortable, it's a great place to live it up in the midst of all that Uptown has to offer.
Guest access
You will have the entire two bedroom unit to yourself. The large deck and backyard is a shared space with the unit next door with a relaxing sitting area to enjoy. You will have your own parking space on property. If your vehicle is low profile, there is a curve to the driveway and you may use on-street parking in front of the driveway, or any open space around the house.

We use the woodburning fireplace in the TV room.

Can't beat the location!!

This is a eclectic, spacious, and comfortable location. It worked great for our quick trip to Sedona. We LOVED being walking distance from downtown. Would book again.

Incredible location

Short walk to all the shops and restaurants. The house has been freshened up nicely and is stocked very well with everything you’ll need to feel like you just moved to Sedona. Great place I recommend highly.

Don’t let this one get away!

From beginning to end, this was THE PERFECT place to stay! The host made everything easy to navigate. The personal touches made such an impact. We cannot say enough good things about this home. The location, the comfort, and the amenities made this one of the best rentals we have stayed in! We already are hoping to stay next year!

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the Gem House! It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, toaster oven, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. There was a nice grill outside and a washer/dryer with detergent. It and had plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, towels and linens. The location was great! Walkable to downtown (we loved the brewery- 4 min walk) and one spot of covered parking and curb parking available. Overall a great stay, we will definitely book here again.

We loved our stay. The house was so clean and well equipped. Perfect for two couples. The location was ideal for walking into Sedona .. two minute walk. So many restaurants close by! Benjamin responded so quickly to our questions and check in was so easy. I’ve never stayed in an Air B&B that was so clean! We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home and location!

House was within perfect walking distance to uptown Sedona, we loved this!!! We took a jeep tour the following day and the company was less than 2 minutes from the house. Kitchen had everything you needed, the owners thought of everything. Loved the option of both ground and Keurig coffee pods (owners provided the pods and cream also, nice touch!). We didn't need the laundry for one night stay, but they had so much laundry detergent choices! Also full stocked with shampoos, conditioners... bedding was really warm and loved the rockers on the front porch. No better place to wake up with a cup of coffeein the middle of the red rocks! Nice to have a covered roof for car to not have to park in the street. Lovely stay!

Central location with comfortable settings

Very spacious for a family of four and super central locations. We had a great stay in the house. Beds are comfortable. It’s very walkable to shops and restaurants. The whole family can explore the town and come back relax in no time. Will want to come back again.

Best Sedona Location and Lovely Home

Our experience staying at this VRBO definitely exceeded our expectations. The beds are very comfortable, the home is clean, spacious and well outfitted. The host was very responsive, everything worked well and the best part...you can easily walk to most anywhere in uptown Sedona. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book here again.

Wonderful spot in Uptown Sedona

What a wonderful find for our Sisters Trip! This home is close to everything. We parked our car and walked all over Uptown. The home is gorgeous: beautifully decorated and all the amenities we wanted. What a comfortable spot.

Amazing location- Bummed there was no hot tub.

This space was beautiful, fit all of us comfortably and is easy walking distance from anything you may want to enjoy in Sedona! I would recommend this location to all of my friends!

Wonderful location and very comfortable!

We were a family of 5 for our visit with our 2 adult children sleeping on the pull out sofa and other sofa. All the beds were very comfortable and even the sofas were comfortable as well. It was within walking distance to Uptown Sedona and extremely convenient. We really enjoyed our stay!

Awesome Sedona visit

We were two couples in their early 50’s travelling together through Sedona for a couple days. Our “A” side of the duplex was perfect! Super clean and well appointed and definitely as advertised. Great location to walk around uptown and then a good base to drive to explore and hike the area. Communication with the owner was easy and frequent and we would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Sedona. Thanks very much for the hospitality!

Sister's Trip

We travel a couple times of year and stay in VRBO's. This was one of the nicest or THE nicest we've stayed in. The place had what you needed and also provided great coffee! The location couldn't have been better. I would stay again for sure!

Perfect Location and Home

Gem-Best is a great home for my Sedona Vacation. Convenient to uptown and restaurants. It was a pleasure to just walk to restaurants after a day of hiking. Convenient to hiking trailheads within Sedona. The home was equipped with anything needed for a vacation stay. Very clean and extremely comfortable. When returning to Sedona there would be no hesitation to stay here again. Lastly, the Owner Ben was always accessible and quick to respond with to any questions.

Great location

Lovely place with a great location - just a block or so from downtown Sedona. We had some WiFi connection issues, but Ben was very responsive and sent his housekeeper over to troubleshoot. We had a wonderful time in the perfect location.
