Our newly remodeled spacious property is your perfect home base to explore the Valley of the Sun. Wake up in the morning & enjoy a scenic hike at the nearby Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Spend the day lounging by the heated pool and challenge your travel mates to a variety of lawn games. Grill dinner on the BBQ & dine al fresco. For the evening’s entertainment it's a short 20 min drive to either old town Scottsdale or downtown Phoenix or enjoy one of the many nearby restaurants. Wrap up the perfect day with a soak in the hot tub and share the stories of the day gathered around the outdoor firepit.

THE SPACE:
This spacious property offers 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 3 bathrooms, a game room with pool table, and laundry room. You’ll enjoy the large resort style backyard with heated swimming pool, 7 person luxury hot tub, gazebo, BBQ, fire pit and game turf where you can play all your favorite outdoor lawn games, corn hole, bocce ball and more. There are plenty of outdoor seating areas and lounge chairs for your group to relax and enjoy.
There are Smart TV's in every room. The Living room boasts a 65" TV. There is a 55" TV in the Master Bedroom and the game room. All the rest of the bedrooms contain 43" TV's. There is free high speed internet.

BEDROOMS
Master Suite – The expansive master suite contains a luxurious king size bed, en-suite bathroom with separate tub and walk-in shower, a large walk in closet and sliding glass doors that lead you directly to the pool/BBQ area.

Master Bedroom 2 - Bedroom 2 contains a luxurious king size bed, and semi-private bathroom located just across the hall.

POOL/SPA INFORMATION
House has self closing pool safety doors and gates, but please always watch your children around water! POOL HEATING IS NOT INCLUDED. The cost to heat the pool is typically around $125 per day and is available October – May. Early fall and late spring this price may be discounted for warmer weather conditions and for stays of a week or longer. You must request and pay for the pool heat no later than 5 days prior to your check-in. Hot tub use is included.

A range of fun activities

The house offers several fun activities to do at the home. This variety really made our stay fun as we honestly just chilled at the home for most of our stay. It’s located in a very convenient location close to just about everything. The McCormick train park was a welcomed treat for our kids. The house was comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Fantastic Amenities and Location

We just left this property and the entire family was sad to leave after 9 nights in this home. The pool was larger than the pictures due it justice, the hot tub was really nice, the pool table was fun for all ages and the fire pit was a great evening gathering spot. Couple that with a very well stocked and spacious kitchen with all the items needed to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner meals at home for a multi-generational vacation, comfy beds and seating and about 20 minutes to many of Phoenix’s best destinations for kids, hiking and shopping. On top of it all, the owners are very responsive and great to communicate with. It will be hard to top this VRBO stay, and we’ve had many stays across the country. This one is worth the money!

Friendsgiving Vaca

We had an amazing Friendsgiving at this Vrbo! The space was clean, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. From a crockpot to leftover containers, cocktail cups, and plenty of dishes, they had everything we needed to prepare and enjoy a full Thanksgiving dinner. The beds were super comfortable, and the thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like home. Communication with the host was seamless, which made the entire stay stress-free. Highly recommend this property for any gathering or getaway!

Amazing stay

We stayed at the this place with a group of friends and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Becky was very responsive and the home was even better than advertised! Backyard pool/ games were a hoot and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfy beds. Would highly recommend this spot. Thanks again for opening your home to us!

Great property. Convenient location. Perfect for a guys trip. Plenty of beds. The backyard is awesome with a great pool and hot tub, bags, and bocce. The fire pit was a big hit after sundown.

My family and I stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience. The pool was amazing and the outdoor activities were so much fun. Close to great restaurants, shopping and hiking. Owners were exceptionally responsive. The house was recently updated and we felt like we were at home. Hope to be come back again!!!

Book THIS house!

This rental is incredible. Everyone in our party said that this was the best we have stayed in. We have stayed in several in the Phoenix area and it won't disappoint. It is clean, has room for everyone and is in a FABULOUS area of Phoenix. When you book from out of state you just HOPE that it delivers, and this one does. The hosts were VERY informative and helpful and the property is top notch.

A lovely space both inside and outside.

The property is well-kept in a nice neighborhood. The outside spaces were fun for small children to explore….a nice mandarin orange tree, a giant saguaro in the front yard with bird nests, and a backyard with an area for lawn bowling and cornhole toss. There is no fencing around the pool, so children need to be carefully supervised, which ours are. Inside, the pool table was a big hit. The beds were comfortable, the towels were soft, the kitchen was beautiful and completely modern with plenty of utensils, pots and pans for cooking. We made use of the washer and dryer! The home was very roomy. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation Hideaway

We were fortunate to be the very first guests to stay in this newly remodeled and purposefully furnished gem of a vacation rental. The entire experience was wonderful and every want or need seemed to have been anticipated by our thoughtful hosts. Once I learned that this is their second beautiful vacation home we understood how they got everything right, this isn't their first rodeo. The pictures were spot on, if anything the amenities and condition of the home exceeded our expectations. The gourmet kitchen was well appointed, bedding and towels were of high quality and the furnishings were definitely better than what you will find in a typical rental. As nice as the interior of the home is, the masterpiece really is the backyard, where the grandkids spent all day in the pool and the spa. We could not have been happier with our selection of this home for our vacation and will definitely be staying here on all of our future visits.

We love our neighborhood! Located in north central Phoenix, our home is the perfect launching pad for your adventures while visiting the Valley of the Sun. Our neighborhood is a highly desirable area for families, retirees, couples and singles alike. One of my favorite things about our neighborhood is how close we are to all the beautiful hiking and biking trails in the Phoenix Mountain Preserve. Nearby world class resort and spas include the Mountain Shadows, Sanctuary at Camelback Mountain, the Omni and many more. Golfer's will love the many nearby golf courses. To top off the activities of the day, the vibrant nightlife of Old Town Scottsdale and downtown Phoenix is an easy 20 minute drive from the house.
