Instructions were to take keys from lock box and leave second set. I mistakenly thought the lock box was electronically controlled. It was not. The combination is not changed for each guest. If instructions were followed any previous guest could gain access. The beds were not good. One was too low for anyone with mobility problems and the other was so soft you woke up with back pains.
it was definitely a good stay. The interior space was comfortable and both beds were good. Our neighbor was nice, however, it’s not a neighborhood you tend to wanna walk around. However, Beach Boulevard And Gulfport Beach is close by. Very nice. The backyard of course was in a post hurricane condition. We had some repair people come by and landscaping which improved the situation significantly. The backyard could certainly use some beautification. People with dogs should be held accountable to pick up after their dog. It would be a pity to make the backyard a litter box. I was able to comfortably put a towel down and do yoga there. Puppy poop should be discouraged. It’s not asking too much to clean up after my puppy. Overall, it was a good stay and we would come back.
Overall, we enjoyed our two night stay in Gulfport. Gulfport is close to Tropicana Field and St. Pete’s beach, which is where we went. The house was clean and cozy with a fun beachy vibe. Fidel was accommodating and easy to contact and work with.
This was excellent expérience from the communication with the owner to the house itself. IT has everything you will need Very clean ,décoration are beautiful furnture comfortable It is perfect !! Can't wait for our next trip to the area we definitely will be booking again.
House was excellent and exactly as pictured. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable as well as the couch. Everything was very clean. Close to the Water district where there’s a ton of little shops/ restaurants and a brewery which is in the water. Quite neighborhood.
Me my wife and kids had a wonderful time. Gulf port beach was very close and beautiful. I enjoyed it immensely! The property was clean and comfortable. It looked newly renovated. Fidel the owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.
Our family had an incredible experience at this property. The online pictures showed exactly what the bungalow looked like. The home was very clean, and the owner obviously takes great pride in this property. The owner reaches out daily to check on us and also have us some great options for things to do in the area! We will use Fidel next time and highly recommend!!
We had a great time and Fidel was a fantastic host. House is well stocked with everything you will need-even beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler. Enjoyed front porch for morning coffee. The neighborhood seems to be getting fixed up but still some rough looking houses around. We felt safe though. Neighbors that we met were very friendly. The Gulfport area near the water was super cute with restaurants and shops-about a mile away but I don’t think I would walk. We ate at the brewery, Pias Italian, and watched basketball at Omalleys. All were great!

Cute house. Horrible neighborhood!
So to start this house has been remodeled very well. It’s a small little bungalow but the owner has done a great job updating and using the available space. Plenty of room for a family of 3-4. Furniture was comfortable as was the beds. Owner was great at communicating. That’s where the good stops. This place is in a bad neighborhood with very run down houses around it. The house next door has tons of visible junk outside. We heard gunshots one night during our stay. I would not call it a safe neighborhood at all. Not sure where the other reviewers are from but where I’m from we would consider this a very rough part of town. The lawn both front and back was knee high. The owner did communicate with me he was trying to find someone to come cut it but that didn’t happen in our over a week stay. It looked horrible and rendered the outdoor spaces unusable. If I was the owner I would of come cut it myself instead of making my renters look at that for a week. Also if your a conservative with conservative values look elsewhere. Not just the house but the area. Most of St Pete and Gulfport force the LGBTQ stuff down your throat. Literally have a HIV drive through testing place not 2 minutes away and pride flags everywhere. If you don’t care about those things and your just looking for a cute house close to water that’s affordable then this is your place. If not look elsewhere. I wish the owner’s listing was more transparent about the location, neighborhood, and community values.

In 2009 i got involved in real estate and since then I have not looked back. I'm a snowbird in my 40's. My home, king bed and sofa is in Hadley, MA and my real estate business is St Petersburg, FL. I split my time between the two cities and love i.t
Why they chose this property
I feel in love with the St Pete area 2 years ago and when I was able to buy our first home I didn't hesitate and just went for it.
What makes this property unique
The home is completely new with exception of the 1953 structure. We have put much love and details to make this a home that others will enjoy. The location is convenient 15 mins to downtown st pete and 10 mins to st pete beach.
