Clean, quiet, peaceful and updated 2br/2ba condo in lovely Naples. Sofa bed in living room for guests. Walk to Publix and Target, short drive or bike to the beach and 5th avenue. Community has a clubhouse and heated outdoor pool and BBQ area. Unit is on the top floor of a 3 story building with elevator. Washer/Dryer is card operated and shared. Clubhouse includes a library, pool table and exercise equipment. Golf available at Quail Run Golf Club. Tennis, shuffleboard and pickle ball courts on site. $3500/month for season or $2400/month annual rental plus security.
