Great host, great place, great view

This property was exactly as stated in the description. This location was very clean, had great accommodations such as 2 large pools, a hot tub and much more. The club house had live music and a great atmosphere. The host, John, was very responsive and helpful with any questions/ problems that we had! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, clean and relaxing get away!

Fantastic property!

This is an amazing unit in a simply beautiful place. John, the owner, was responsive to anything that I needed. I would recommend this property to everyone. Waterside has everything you could want or need, and the unit is really comfortable. Can't beat the view! Highly Recommend!

John was a great host as was his daughter. Would have given a 5 if second bedroom would have had twin beds instead of bunkbeds.

A Summer to Remember

My family and I stayed at this property for 3 months while my daughters were in Florida for athletic training. The onsite gym and amenities were a big factor in us choosing this location. The property was great, although undergoing some upgrades, like roof shingling and deck improvements, the impact for us was minimal. The condo itself was clean and exactly as depicted in the photos. There is large closet space and a nice kitchen pantry. The owner was very nice to deal with and did his best to accommodate any questions and issue we ran into. The air conditioner did break and caused a leak in the ceiling. However, the owner quickly had It repaired within a day. As the owner is also selling the condo, there were real estate agents requesting viewings, however the agents did their best to work around our schedule. I would have preferred to know this upfront as I ended up asking for a security box to be installed to protect our valuables. The neighbors are super friendly, and we enjoyed the bingos and socials at the yacht club. My favorite takeaway is the beautiful view from the deck, where we would see dolphins and a variety of birds that frequent the area. Thank you for the lovely accommodations and helping to make our stay one we will remember forever. 😊

Beautiful remodeled condo

Just what I was looking for. Beautiful location, great views and tastefully remodeled. First week was wonderful. Second week they started remodeling the balcony so I couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the view. They also had a water main problem in the complex so no water for a full day. Both were very inconvenient and I had to spend time with friends. None of this was Robert’s fault and he was very helpful. He offered me a few complementary days because of the inconvenience. I would love to go back after the outdoor work is finished. That was very kind of Robert and will go back. I do recommend the condo and Robert did all he could to make me comfortable in a situation that he had no control over.

Cute spot in a great neighborhood

My family had a lovely stay. The property is nestled in a great neighborhood near downtown St. Petersburg. The house has nice water views and it was stocked with everything necessary for a 2 week stay. Check-in process was smooth, the place was spotless and clean when we entered. Our host, Robert is a great communicator and was very attentive.

Wonderful rental for a family!

We loved our stay! Roberto was a pleasure to work with and the neighbors were very nice (and helpful with restaurant locations/places to go!)! Our 3 children fit comfortably in the 2nd bedroom (2 were on the bunk beds and the 3rd on a twin air mattress we brought with us...Roberto had extra bedding available for our use). The location was about 15 minutes from practically everything we wanted to do. Loved that it is a gated community complete with tennis courts, swimming pool and shuffle board! A great place to stay!

Beautiful condo and view

We loved the comfort and location of this condo. The bathrooms have been updated and very nice furniture. The patio is perfect to watch the boats, birds and dolphins. Friendly neighbors and loved my morning walks around the complex. Downtown St Petersburg is 10 minutes away with great dining, Saturday morning market, Edge District, Central Ave and walking along the Pier. We also enjoyed going to Gulfport and St Pete Beach and Treasure Island. The owner is great to work with and has done a great job decorating the condo. We will definitely come back.

Wonderful Treat!

This condo is exactly as advertised! The views are spectacular. Stunning water views, complete with close-up sightings of various wildlife, egrets, blue herons, pelicans and even dolphins swimming by, all while sitting on the porch. The unit is fabulously decorated, comfortable and modern throughout. Whether you want to go downtown or to the beach, this gated community is close to both. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to our family and friends.

Well-equipped Waterfront Condo

[The description on VRBO is accurate and complete; this supplements it] This 2BR condo is equipped with virtually anything that a small family would need for a great stay in St Pete. The porch overlooks the water, is comfortable virtually all day and night, and affords spectacular views of the Florida-West-Coast sunsets. Kitchen is fully equipped, furnishings are complete and comfortable. Beds are comfortable, but if you are picky about your pillow, bring your own. Lots of "stuff" for your use, tennis rackets, basketball, etc. The property is gated and includes two large swimming pools, one of them heated, a nice, well-equipped fitness center, tennis courts in excellent condition (rarely used), horseshoe pits, a shuffleboard pad, and a picklyball court. We did not use the snack bar at the Yacht Club, but it seemed more than satisfactory for a light meal. It appeared that more than half of the residents here were permanent, year-round residents, and they were welcoming to us. The location is a couple miles from Downtown STP on one side and from St Pete Beach on the other. It is a great place for recreational bicycling or jogging, with a couple pretty nice parks nearby. WiFi was good and the Cable TV lineup was adequate.

Great place for a work vacation!

My husband and I just stayed three fabulous weeks at this condo for a work vacation. It is beautifully decorated and has everything to make it your home away from home for an extended stay. The complex itself has two great pools, tennis courts, bar, and places to launch a paddle board. Everybody we met in the complex is friendly and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to escape winter.
