Property Details:

Layout: Two levels with 1 bedroom/1 bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs.
Natural Setting: Surrounded by trees; the pool is cleaned twice weekly, though some leaves may be present.
Historic Charm: Despite regular treatments, occasional small spiders may appear.
Check-In Process:
Complete our check-in forms before arrival. Optional third-party insurance is available for property damage coverage and background checks, ensuring privacy and convenience.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend purchasing travel insurance, as our cancellation policies remain in effect.

House Rules:

Quiet Hours: 9pm to 8am; NoiseAware device monitors noise levels.
No Events/Loud Music: Prioritize neighbor comfort.
Guest Policy: Only registered guests allowed.
Non-Smoking: Smoking prohibited indoors and on balconies.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Outdoor Fireplace: Logs not provided; heat lamp not included.
Checkout: Adhere to designated checkout time to avoid fees; late checkout must be prearranged.
Pool Heating:
Available for $100 per night (except Nov-Feb). Heats to 82°F; may feel cooler due to weather. Requires 24-hour notice, full-stay coverage, and pre-payment.

Feedback and Reviews:
Noncompliance with house rules or policies forfeits the opportunity to leave a public review.

Booking Policies:

Age Requirement: Guests under 30 may require approval.
Reviews: Bookings with low ratings or insufficient reviews may be reviewed.
Long-Term Stays:
For stays over 30 days:

$255 monthly cleaning fee.
$600 refundable security deposit, returned if the home is left in its original condition.
Booking Agreement:
By booking, guests agree to house rules, assume liability for personal injuries, and acknowledge the host is not responsible for items left behind. Maintenance entry requires 12 hours’ notice.
