1) PRE-BOOKING PROCESS: To comply with local regulations and to ensure the safety of yourself and others, YOU MUST SIGN THE RENTAL CONTRACT & LOS ANGELES STR CODE OF CONDUCT, WHICH WILL BE SENT to your e-mail address via DOCUSIGN. (E-contract reflecting the same rules as below).
*In order to receive the rental contract, you must provide your e-mail address.
2)🚫DO NOT BLOCK OFF the dates UNTIL YOU SIGN the RENTAL CONTRACT.
*By sending the “booking request” & BLOCKING OFF the dates, you automatically agree to the house rules & terms of the rental contract.
3) PRICE DEPENDS ON NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS. Rental price increases based on how many people are staying with you. To ensure the most accurate pricing, please provide the correct number of guests (including children) when submitting your inquiry.

4) To comply with local jurisdiction, guests must be at least 21 years old to book the property.
📌5) REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT $3,000 (not via VRBO): Guest is required to provide a valid credit card, and the HOST will directly charge the credit card after booking confirmation.
6) NO SELF CHECK IN: Our property manager will personally greet guests at check-in and provide a walk-through of the house manual.
7) As the reservation holder, your presence is required at the check-in.
8) Check in is @4 pm, check out is @10 am.

9) 🚫NO parties or loud music!
*All outdoor and indoor speakers have been disabled in compliance with the City's Zero Tolerance Policy.

11) MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of people allowed to occupy the property is restricted to the number specified in your reservation, including children. Any increase in the number of occupants must be communicated to the host in advance and may result in an increase in the booking amount.
📌Violating this policy may result in a charge of a min. of $1,000 per unauthorized person per night.
14) VISITORS: Please mention while inquiring.
SECURITY CAMERAS: Privacy and comfort are a priority for our guests. Please acknowledge that security cameras monitor the property as well as devices for monitoring excessive noise and capacity inside the home. (NOISEAWARE). Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas. These visible cameras cover the front yard near the gate and garage, ALLOWING GUESTS FULL ACCESS TO THE MONITORING SYSTEM throughout their stay. However, the camera in the living room, facing towards the windows, and the backyard cameras will NOT be available to HOST during the guest's stay.
15) Private, in-house chef & maid & house keeping services are available, therefore, NO outside vendors, chefs permitted.
*CHEF: Rates vary depending on the menu & other variables. Min. 15 days advance notice required. Final prices cannot be quoted until guest’s consultation.
16) POOL / SPA HEAT: If you want the pool heated, must give 48 hours notice prior to check in. Extra: $400 for the first day, $200/per day, each day after.
> POOL HEAT: 8 am to 10 pm. SPA HEAT: 5 pm - 7 pm. (Time frame may vary: 4-6 pm or 6-8 pm). SPA heating hours cannot be extended or adjusted due to its integration with the pool heating system. (As it’s an IN POOL-SPA)
*For safety purposes, pool/spa is off limits after 10 pm.
18)🅿️PARKING: 3 free parking spaces on the premises.
19) EXIT CLEANING FEE: Cleaning fee on invoice is for standard "EXIT" cleaning. Poor condition may incur extra fees.
> Mandatory mid-stay cleaning for 5+ nights, $600 per cleaning, every 5 days.
20) Events, commercial filming & photo shootings not allowed. Inquire for rates & policies for such activities.
21)🚭NO SMOKING OR VAPING / HOOKAH. Property is equipped with smoke detectors and we’ll be notified instantly.
