The VRBO was Beautiful!

since Hurricane Ivan, almost 60% of the Fort Myers Beach was destroyed. I saddens us that such devastation occurred. The wicked storms off the south west was a tremendous downfall...but the weather will not be controlled. Of the 10 days, we were fortunate to have 2.5 days of sun. The rest was filled with torrential rain, to the point where almost 8 inches fell in a matter of 24 hours...again, nobody's fault..But we still loved our apartment.

Beautiful Ocean View

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view. We would sit on the balcony in the morning to read the Bible and pray together. The vastness of the ocean reminds us of the wisdom and majesty of the Lord.We highly recommend this unit.Great host. Thank you Rick!

Wonderful Stay

My adult daughter and I had a wonderful stay. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The views from the penthouse lanai were fantastic. We would enjoy the sunrise with coffee in the morning and the incredible sunsets at the end day. We used the provided beach chairs and umbrella every day. This was our first visit back after Hurricane Ian. We weren’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised to see all the work that is being done on the island. There was work being done at EBTC during our stay however, it did not impact us except for 1 day when painting was occurring on the outside of the building. The communication with Rick, our host was great. He emailed to make sure we had everything we needed as well as keeping us informed on the work being done at the property. Can’t say enough good things about this property and Rick, our host. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Paradise

Another wonderful stay with such a beautiful view of Ft Myers Beach. This is our 4th time staying in this condo that has everything you need. It’s so tastefully done and a newly remodeled bathroom is fantastic! It’s amazing how well this property has recovered from hurricane Ian 1 1/2 years ago, the HOA has done a wonderful job getting this property up and running and looking so beautiful again, I was amazed, and the pool just opened a few week before we came too which my husband loved going for his early morning swim. New tennis & pickleball courts resurfaced. The only thing we missed was not having the shops and eating places open in Santini Plaza across the street and Pinchers, but there’s plenty of others places open to go eat! Lovely sunrise and sunset views too!

Exceeded expectations!

This place has everything you need to have a great vacation and then some. All the beach toys, umbrellas, and beach furniture are all there for your use. The views are incredible and the place is very quiet. All cooking utensils, coffee makers, blenders, and anything else you can think of is there. It was a great experience. Walk the white sand beaches, collect shells or just go for a walk and experience the neighborhood. It's a great area and can't wait to go back. My wife and I are in our 60s and we loved it. The host is there for you in a moments notice if there is anything you need. How relaxing couldn't ask for a better vacation.

Penthouse with million dollar view!!!

The Penthouse is small but beautiful, perfect for a couple! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The owner was a pleasure to work with and ensured that the condo was fully prepared for our stay. Great condo and the price is reasonable.

Beautiful Oceanfront Penthouse

This condo offers everything you need. We have stayed here before. Actually our favorite in the complex. Beautiful Ocean views and sunsets. Private beach also to enjoy. Amazing Views and Great Condo

We had a great week at EBTC. The condo was very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs since we flew down. The best part was the amazing view from the balcony. You can see from the bay on the right, up Fort Myers Beach, to Sanibel Islands and beyond. The sun sets over the Gulf right in front of you each evening, and a 180 degree view of all of the 4th of July fireworks was something to see. Rick was great to work with and even checked in with us on the first day and recommended restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Everything we needed was there only thing I can think of is if you have a hard time on low chairs get a tall lawn chair for beach I’m a tall guy and bad knees and I could not get out of one’s there ! But there is not one other thing to change place was great anything you need is there love the kitchen and spices and everything to cook with ! Beautiful view and water and pool is great would stay there again and again thank you ! Rick and family

Great Location

Rick was very easy to work with. The condo was in a great location to walk to restaurants and if you had to drive the construction is over which made the drive North or South quick View was great, beach was not huge but had no issues with finding a spot.

Relaxing Stay!

Another lovely stay at this nicely done condo with great view of Ft Myers Beach & sunsets. Excited to see the new furniture & new fresh paint color, new bedding and rugs all looked great! The weather was great our whole stay, so very enjoyable & relaxing. The only negative is that we weren’t able to book another week next year during this same time when I looked over a month ago it was all booked out until the first week of May😞 2023.
