Beautiful Fully Loaded 3-bedroom 2-bathroom Home
This is a bright, beautiful, large three bedroom, and two bathroom home with plenty of interior gated parking in the front of the house!
It’s charming and newly renovated.
We are located in the heart of Downtown Van Nuys.
Freeway access is amazing and it’s a very quite charming private neighborhood.
The home is Cooled with several Wall Air Conditioning units (one unit) in every single room.
The Heat is provided by a individual Space heater for every room.
The space You have access to the entire front home and front parking driveway area.
The back guest house and new construction area in the back are occupied by other Permanent residents who live in the guest house and are currently in the process of building their new home in the back area
(The back guest house and back private parking in the back are not included in this reservation)
Guest access:
The whole inside of the house is included and the front yard of the house for parking
Other things to note
Pack your bags, and head on over for the most relaxing stay in LA.
Please do not be alarmed if you see cars, people, contractors, or machinery coming in going to the back guest house and rear area; as both the rear area and rear guest house are under construction where they are building a new guest house in the back.
