My daughter and I came to Pawhuska to visit the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, Tall Grass Prairie Preserve, and to visit other shops in town. This house was perfect for us. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the Merc and other downtown businesses. It was very clean and perfect for our weekend stay. We would definitely stay here again.
We absolutely loved staying at the Sage House! The place was immaculate, great furnishings, quiet and peaceful.
This was our first trip to the area and we enjoyed our stay!
Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. Everything was great! We enjoyed the comfortable seating arrangements in the living room and the awesome porch to enjoy the cool air of the evenings. You can easily walk to the downtown area and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely choose this cabin again!
This was the perfect little Cottage for my Mother & i on our little road trip to Pawhuska OK! Everything was so very clean! The location was perfect! I highly recommend this rental!
Had a fun see all the Pioneer Woman sites and learned slot about the town. First Boy Scout troop in America, Catholic Church with incredible stained glass windows from Germany. Wonderful little town!
We arranged a little getaway while our grandchildren were on Christmas break. I had wanted to see The Mercantile and eat at the restaurant. The house was well constructed and clean. Comfortable bed and furniture. Loved the coffee provided. Communication was swift and congenial. Would go there again.
We lived the little house! It was comfy, well stocked with everything we needed, and it was had the perfect table for us to use to play games after a day of shopping.
This was a place that was on my wife's bucket list as she always wanted to see the Pioneer Woman Mercantile and the Lodge where she does the show. This house exceeded all of expectations and was a nice break from staying in hotels. Check in/out was extremely easy and the house was fabulous!
We were on our way home from attending a wedding in Texas. We stayed in a hotel in Texas that needed maintenance and was double the cost of the Sage cabin. The Sage cabin was exactly as advertised, super cute, clean, well kept, and so relaxing. I cant wait to come back. Thank you for the best stay ever!
I stayed at the Sage House with my family and it was a perfect location in Pawhuska - just a few blocks to walk to downtown. Very nice house. Check in was easy. I’d stay here again!

A beautiful, clean, and well-stocked house. I would definitely recommend staying here. Close to the main street and to the Merc. The host was fast with answering our questions.

Very clean and comfortable!! The only thing I didn't like was the shower floor was very slippery. I will be booking the cabins again on our next trip!!!
Mom and I had a wonderful weekend in Pawhuska. We stayed in a cute little house that was perfect. It was perfect walking distance from downtown Pawhuska. We had a great time
I visited for 2 days with my mom and sister-in-law. My sister-in-law has been battling cancer for about 3 years. This trip was to get her mind off of it and for her to relax! She absolutely loved it! The only issue we had was there was constant work being done outside and on the properties. It was very loud. It lasted all day long! Properties could also leave hangers in the closets! Besides that, the property was clean comfortable and cozy. The decor was beautiful! Host was easy to communicate with. And we were within walking distance of The Merc and shopping!
We had a wonderful time in Pawhuska at a super cute, clean and convenient house! We were only a few blocks from the Pioneer Woman businesses. We felt safe and enjoyed our time there so much. We also recommend First Baptist Church in Pawhuska if your trip has you staying through Sunday. They have a Bible teaching pastor and friendly congregation. We hope to be back again sometime with more of our family!
Cute single story with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home has a large open concept area with a kitchen, dining and family room all together making it easy to hang out. There are four similar homes on the same corner which would be perfect for multiple families to rent and all be close. The streets are wide and there is plenty of parking both on and off street.
House is walkable to the main downtown where all of the PW shops and restaurants are located.
NOT ABOUT THE HOUSE:
I did not see a major grocery between Tulsa and Pawhuska on the direct route so plan a detour to grocery shop if you plan on cooking in. No Uber , Instacart or the like as far as I could tell. No cab service.
This cabin was perfect for our stay. It was within walking distance to the Mercantile and a short drive to the PW Lodge. It had all the amenities that we needed and more. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.
