Hello, I'm Art. I purchased this home for my family to use when we want to enjoy Florida's #1 beach: St Pete Beach. I love crossing the street and relaxing on the beach. Feel free to use the games and beach items in the beach wagon. Also, the sunsets here are amazing - I recommend making an effort to watch them. Watching the sun sink into the Gulf of Mexico is so majestic - and you might even see the "green flash"! (Look it up.)

Why they chose this property
I feel like my home is huge - very roomy and spacious. It's great for a family or just about anyone. 4 bedrooms houses are rare with the single story homes in St Pete Beach, since we're an older city. The newer homes have to be built above 2 stories, with the first floor being "garage use only," due to code. I hope you enjoy the space as much as I do.
