CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
