Beach setting is the best but over the top security guys.
Rating Details:
The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I’ve stayed at Martinique for several years but have never had a doorbell ring at 6:30 am which startled our whole family just to let me know our raft was left by front door and could be a “fire hazard”! First of all, a simple note would have sufficed and regarding fire hazard I don’t get since it would be a fire hazard regardless where it was placed. We also arrived late and were exhausted so didn’t have enough energy to go out and put car tag in place but before we could wake up a ticket was placed on one car and a 50.00 ticket placed on another for “double parking” which was a little over the line on other side of parking lot where there weren’t any other cars parked! Where is the forgiveness for an exhausted mother of 3?! Ticket also cited no car tag but office was closed when we arrived and checkin isn’t until 5pm. A simple warning would have sufficed. No common sense exercised by at least two different security guards. When a family has driven for 10 hours, this is how guests are greeted in less than the first day? Trying to ruin an expensive vacation? Nevertheless the condo was nice and the very best. Regarding umbrella rentals we were misinformed or a big communication error regarding discount prices for consecutive days. One woman said we could receive the discount yes rate if we rented consecutive days which we did but she started over the next day. She said we didn’t tell her at end of day but she said as long as you rent consecutively that would apply. When we got to beach we brought that up but no mercy on us. I believe overall there is a snobbery to Martinique actually experienced every time we’ve vacationed there and it is disappointing especially given that my husband who didnt travel with us was fraternity brothers with Aronov at U of Alabama, Tuscaloosa.
