Welcome to our spacious and charming townhouse on Lake Palmetto, just outside of Charleston, South Carolina! This VRBO is conveniently located next to Park Circle, Tanger Outlets, and the Charleston International Airport. This is the perfect rental for exploring all that Charleston has to offer.

As you enter the home, you'll be greeted by a spacious and open living area that's flooded with natural light. The living room features comfortable furnishings and a fireplace, making it the perfect place to curl up and relax after a long day.

The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you'll need to cook up a delicious meal, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There's also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The three bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

Outside, you'll love the large deck which offers views of the lake. In between enjoying the incredible restaurants, shopping, and history that is Charleston, spend your nights lounging on the deck around the fire pit.

No smelly cat. Neighbors were nice. Loved the dock. Lake can swim in. Location is good close to highway. Close to a brewery walking distance. Close to axe throwing walking distance it’s part of the brewery. Fishing in the lake not good but it was fun just to cast and fish.

Tennis tournament girls..

Clean unit, great location, views very nice! We had issues with thermostat, 3rd floor was almost 90 degrees, but host was able to fix it in 2 days, not many things in kitchen, lightbulbs were missing, blinds were broken, snd we alerted the hosts of these snd I’m sure they will fix it. Overall we had a good experience.: host very alert to our needs.

Responsive managers. There are damages in the walls that do not show in the pictures and the outdoor space and deck elements are not as depicted in the pictures. The stray cat is very smelly and votmitted or popped on the deck - we could not enjoy the deck because the stray cat was always there. I think the managers have good intentions and once they attend to these matters the property will be really great.

Family Besties Trip

I just want to say the property was great! It was simple and easy access to the property. We ended up with four vehicles, total and while at times I was afraid we wouldn’t have enough parking spots, but it worked out every time no issues. we took a pet and an infant. Area was closed to Tanger outlets, Sams Club, walmart and many restaurants. we were 10 to 20 minutes from Charleston downtown and around 20 minutes to Mount Pleasant and Shem creek for other great restaurants.. this location had great beds for sleeping arrangements and had bathrooms for each bedroom plus an additional bathroom downstairs. House was very clean had a great view of the lake. We even met a skinny cat that we fed. Hopefully it gained a pound while we were there. we enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay here again or any other location that the Boroughs have to offer. Thanks again for fast communication and zero issues with our place. I gave them five star rating.

Great Location

Close to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center and easy to get in & out of the townhomes. The bedroom at third floor is huge and great space to hang out. Definitely need to add more cooking sheet pans, pots for boiling to the kitchen. We like to cook, and kitchen is very limited to what they have to offer.

Awesome property

This lake-front property was simply lovely. There are ducks and small turtles in the lake. It was peaceful to watch. The property is as advertised. Large bedrooms each with its own bath (and spa tub). We came to town for a family birthday and were supposed to be just 5. When 2 other family members joined us last minute, we had plenty of room. Location is just minutes from the airport, Starbucks, and a super Walmart. Downtown is a short 12-15 minute drive and the freeway is close. I would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home

This rental was lovely and located in a beautiful area. We fed the turtles and ducks in the lake. We had access to a private dock. We were about 30 minutes away from a couple different beaches. This is great if your looking to be out of the mix with the option to join the fuss at your convenience. You also have the option to stay put and swim in the lake. The host was quick to respond to any questions. The beds were super comfy. I rented this townhouse because I don’t sleep well in hotels. That was the main reason I went with this option. The kitchen had ample cookware and utensils for cooking to save a few bucks on having to eat out. There are two full size jet tubs and great water pressure in the showers. Overall great experience.
