Stylish & Bright Beach Oasis! Newly built, private suite, 7 blocks to the beach!

This newly renovated bright studio is conveniently located within 10 minutes to LAX and only 7 blocks from the beach!

It has its own private entrance & parking, Tempur-Pedic queen size bed, sofa, reading chair, dedicated workspace, Smart TV, central heating/air, private balcony with furniture, BBQ, shared backyard and private outdoor shower. This small but mighty Kitchenette is equipped with all cooking essentials and anything it doesn't have we can provide. The washer and dryer are located in the garage for easy access.

With a beach chairs and cruiser available in garage, it is only a beautiful 2 min. bike ride to the beach and a 7 min ride to downtown.
You can enjoy a short 7 min walk to the beach and a 25 min walk to the downtown area.

This is a great escape for traveling professionals or a beach getaway!

**Please note that this loft has stairs leading up to private entrance.
