You’re just steps from the slopes at this fourth-floor, ski-in/ski-out studio, part of the Iron Horse Condominiums development. Spend mornings skiing or snowboarding and afternoons enjoying the complex's many amenities, including the heated indoor/outdoor pool, new hot tubs, steam room, or either lounge, with one on the fourth floor right outside the door, and another, larger lounge in the lobby. The full, well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to grab lunch at home or prepare some snacks for the day, and the whole group can dine together at the adjacent table. Or, visit nearby restaurants to dine like locals.

After a day on the slopes, stash your skis in the convenient ski locker on the fifth floor or, if you didn't bring gear, a Ski Broker is available for ski rentals right on-site at Iron Horse. Head out to explore via the free shuttle to get anywhere in town, or stay home and get cozy in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release or scroll social media with the free WiFi. At bedtime, the curtained bunk beds are sure to appeal to the kids, teens, or kids at heart. A pull-out couch offers even more options. Decent place to crash, but customer service was lacking

We were looking for a ski-in / ski-out condo for our annual getaway to Winter Park, and this place (mostly delivered). It was comfortably laid out with three beds (a hideaway Miller bed and two bunk beds) plus a kitchen. Unfortunately, the fireplace - which served as the condo's only source of heat - was not operational. We made multiple attempts to contact Vacasa, but their replies were delayed and provided erroneous information. They should have dispatched an on-site manager to diagnose and fix the problem, but that never happened. I've stayed in a different condo of this particular unit before, and didn't encounter the same problems. It is a shame that the lacking customer service detracted from our overall experience.

Fall WineFest. Girls weekend

This was an amazing experience all the way around. Instructions for arrival and entry were very clear and accurate, parking was close with luggage carts available in the garage. Unit was charming, clean and very well equipped (the bunk beds were a great addition in this unit). Hot tub and pool were amazing. Very convenient for any activity taking place at WP Resort. We will be back and would stay in this exact unit again. .

Perfect ski in/ski out!

We enjoyed our stay in your condo! Awesome location to ski in/ski out. Condo was very clean and had all the amenities we could need. My family of four was very comfortable. The kids swam every evening while we enjoyed the hot tub. The facilities in the building exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!

Our experience with our host and the unit itself was marginal/poor.

The hosts’ attention to our arrival was lacking in promptness, information and professionalism. We messaged the host on Vrbo March 1 asking for confirmation and plan for our arrival. On the day of our scheduled arrival March 14th, we still had not heard from our host. I reached out again for information on how to proceed with getting access to the unit. At this point, the host reached out with, “Yes, I will send a little later.” The next message was, “Sorry, I missed your other message. We have lost a critical person on our team.” So, the host finally got back with me 14 days later still without receiving the access code or what building inside the complex contained our unit. Unacceptable! The unit itself gives you the impression of zero pride in ownership, details that leave you thinking about who’s keeping an eye on this property. The fireplace was not properly responding to the user controls, pilot light was on but failure to ignite! The escutcheon trim surrounding the fireplace unit was not firmly secured and wanted to fall off! The microwave also had damaged trim which was just removed and placed on top of the refrigerator, conveniently placed to block the view of the poor housekeeping on top of the refrigerator! The microwave’s surface light was not working. This is the only preparation or cooking illumination in this area, making the counter and stove-top poorly lit! The garbage disposal was also not working properly, unable to perform as intended and extremely loud! The kitchen ceiling was filthy with dust/dirt particles hanging from it everywhere! The bathroom tub had a very slow drain! There was broken/removed interior trim at the fireplace and entry door areas! Also, the light fixture located above the main entry door was not firmly secured at its mounting bracket, creating a safety hazard! Closet space was virtually nonexistent due to the presence of host’s personal items, vacuum cleaner, mops, brooms and miscellaneous totes. The above items just left us feeling unwelcome, eliminating it from our list of subsequent trip locations.

Great times had!

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was small for four but was as advertised (no surprises) and was perfect for what we were looking for. There was a fun game room that we spent our evenings playing air hockey and ping pong in, a nice workout room that seemed to be recently renovated and an outdoor pool and hot tub. Two of the nights the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. It would have been nice if there was signage for it but when I reached out to the owner she was very responsive to look in to it. The best part of it all was the ski in/ski out! Overall great experience!

I was never given a code at check in and had to call the host to get it hours after my check in time. She set up the code after I talked to her so I know it wasn't set up until then. Other than the check in process, everything was great.

Riding Bikes in Winter Park

I came here to ride the trestles bike park and some trails in the surrounding area. This location has great access to the bike park as there's a service road that runs right behind it and you can just hop on that and its about a 2-3 minute cruise down to the gondola and village. It felt very private as there was not a lot of people in the condos during the summer and getting in and out of the garage and room is easy as you're given a code for all the doors instead of a key (which I tend to lose while on vacation.) This place was great to stay, cozy little place to stay. The fold away bed is awesome because the place feels spacious when it folds up and it's actually pretty comfortable to sleep on. The place has a fully stocked kitchen and had everything you could need. Plenty of ice in the freezer, a great working blender if you like to make smoothies, etc. Checking out was also super easy. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great for summer weekend getaway

This little studio was wonderful for our last minute weekend getaway. Lisa was easy to reach and being able to park in the garage was great for our peace of mind. Only downside was that there was no A/C, but with the cool Colorado nights we didn’t really find this as a huge problem. Overall this was a great studio for our trip.

Stay at Studio in Winter Park

The property was clean and in a great location. The owner attempted to respond to needs as best as possible and was friendly and shared good information. A few hiccups were the inconsistent keypad to access the building. This wasn't directly related to our individual stay but everyone we met at the entrance commented on the challenge. The studio was cozy and clean but the temperature was hard to regulate as the studio warmed up easily. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tubs were still closed and it would have been nice to know that prior to booking the reservation.

Perfect Location

Perfect location as the property is ski-in/ski-out with easy access to the Gondola via the Corridor trail. This studio was set up beautifully and with the bunk beds it was perfect for my family with two teenagers.

Cozy Slopeside Studio

This small but very efficient studio punches above its weight in convenience and comfort. Great place. Kitchen is a good size and is well stocked with utensils/cookware. A perfect place for a small family like ours. Lisa, the host, did a fantastic job communicating & made our stay easy and fun.
