In the summer the Nottingham Lake is just a short walk away!
This condo is on the top floor of a 3-story apartment complex. The condo itself is two stories, with the master bedroom and bathroom solely on the top floor. The two main level bedrooms share a bathroom. The kitchen and dining space has been renovated for a more open concept.
This home is conveniently located in the heart of Avon, within walking distance of the Beaver Creek Bear Lot for easy access to the slopes, shops, restaurants, and year-round family-fun opportunities. The picturesque Nottingham Park is a short 3-minute walk where you can walk along the paved bike path for easy and convenient access.
