Family of 14 had a great stay in this roomy and comfortable home. Excellent location. Very clean and nice. An exceptional experience with easy access. Big plus is heated garage. I give this property a 5star rating.
Family just needed one night in Fraser on the front end of our family reunion.
This house looked new and was perfect for a quick comfortable night. Great location
Our family of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids) enjoyed our 3 night stay in Fraser. The home accommodated everyone for eating, sleeping, and hanging out. It was an easy drive to Granby and Rocky Mountain National Park.
The space is set up well and in a great location. There were some requests that we made when we first arrived and the owner was on it immediately. I look forward to an opportunity to bring my family up to stay once ski season arrives.
The Base Camp Winter Park condo was perfect. Space is lovely - enough bedrooms, great dining table with bench that fit our whole family during meals and game playing. The little stream in back afforded the first ever family nature-made boating competition. Perfect for biking, trail exploring, birding, plus Hernando's is only 2 minutes away for a terrific pizza dinner. Would love to stay there again.
Overall it was a beautiful stay! The house was clean and stocked with basic cooking essentials.
I didn't realize the property is a duplex, connected to another house, but there were no issues at all with the neighbors. My only very minor complaint is that I never received check in instructions and had to call the property manager for the lockbox code.
We really appreciated the free mountain bikes that were available to be borrowed. The hot tub was awesome! I would definitely stay there again.

Biannual Family Reunion
Prior to arriving there were some issues with poor recordkeeping on the part of the host. With VRBO's help, this was resolved. When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned after the last tenants. Ron worked with us to resolve this in a mutually satisfactory manner. After these 2 issues were resolved, we had an enjoyable time at the property. The set up is great for a large family get together like ours (with several adults and children)!
The property is in need of some refreshing and maintenance. There were several "dings" in walls as well as other minor maintenance issues (which were relayed to Ron). The electric mixer did not work (left note regarding this when we left). We did make the best of this by having a hand mixing relay to whip the whipping cream. :)
We loved our time at the house and it was so perfect for our family of this size! The location was n the middle of town where we needed for the best access to stores, restaurants and entertainment for the teenagers when not snowboarding!
This is our second year in a row staying at this property. That is the best review we could give! We love it! During our stay they got a new hot tub, which was both exciting and a let-down, as we got a new tub, but it took awhile for it to heat up. But for future guests it should be new and working great! I love the location, the style and decor, it is comfy and has everything you could need, including extras like frisbie golf, bikes, snowshoes. Good communication with the host as well. THANK YOU!
We traveled to Colorado to show our kids the mountains. This house was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean, had an amazing view of the mountains. We enjoyed riding bikes and visiting the sites! Definitely would stay here again!
This was the perfect home for our family of 6 (all adults) to stay at for our Colorado vacation. Home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom necessities. Location close to lots of hiking trails and short driving distance to Grandin Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park. Great food at nearby restaurants too! We’d definitely stay here again!
Family reunion for 4 generations, plenty of space and close to so much fun stuff. Great-grandpa spent his summers in Grand Lake and Grandy and Fraser so lots of stories about how things have changed and how they have remained the same. Great hosts and would definitely stay here again.
Beginning with the check in the code to the garage was sent via email and was not correct. The front door lock did not work as it was about to fall out. I repaired the front door lock, and it works great now. The bath and shower did not work upstairs. So, all 8 of us had to use the same shower. A complete strand of lights in the kitchen did not work so it was dark. The hot tub cover was broken so you could only use half of the hot tub. Lastly the grill outside has a cover that cannot be used because it is full of dirt and laying on the patio under the grill.
It was a great experience, close to all our events and activities we had planned. Most accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.
Ron's home was absolutely perfect for our family to make a weekend of memories to last a lifetime for Easter. The home's proximity to many activities, dining and shopping options is excellent. We plan on coming back soon!
Group of friends with kids stayed here. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space for us all-to play, cook, relax, sleep. Everything felt new and clean. Would definitely stay here again!
This house was a beautiful retreat for our family while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, convenient location, and great setup for the family. Many extras were included from toiletries to mountain bikes, and the owners were so helpful! We highly recommend!
Great location! Nicely decorated, well stocked with everything you might need for a stay. They had lots of really nice blankets, plenty of towels and pillows and good appliances and tools for the kitchen. Nice surprise to have fresh local bakery deliver some cupcakes while we were hanging out in the hot tub. We spent the weekend at Tressel Bike park. So much fun!

Grand lake is close. Steamboat is close. Estes park is close. There is Plenty of room and we have all the amenities you would want in a vacation home. Winter park resort and Fraser offer all the things any mountain resort has to offer for families....Only easier and cheaper. With these towns, there is no mud season “ghost town” feeling like you find in other resorts. There is Always something to do. It's ideal!!
