This spacious ground floor condo (newly painted, with all new kitchen appliances, carpet & tile, and lanai furniture), has two bedrooms, two baths and a large beautiful garden wrap-around lanai. Wonderful relaxing location

You place is very nice and well kept up. The location within the complex is really nice and private. It is also great for getting around the Waikoloa resort from the mall to the other beach. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was in a great location and had everything we needed.

We spent a week on the Big Island, and this condo was perfect for our trip. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tubs were wonderful, and the gym was just what my sons needed so they didn’t miss a workout. We were within walking distance of shops, restaurants, a resort, and the beach.

Vista's Condos

Property location on lower level, nice lanai, convenient to everything. Kitchen is remodeled, but, kitchen is not outfitted with all things needed to cook, and serve meals. Property is in need of new bed sheets, on all beds, Bed spreads/cover, bathroom linens, but the most needed is in the Living room. Very uncomfortable, sofa, can not be seated on because cushion slides forward, sitting, you are on a downhill slope. No comfort to be found!! Recliner is ok, the rocker is also uncomfortable to sit, visit or watch tv. With a little attention to everyday items, this could be a very nice place to stay.

Trip of a lifetime!

This was our family's first experience staying in a condo and it was awesome! I would rate it a 4.8 on a 5 scale due to a couple of small glitches. Check in was easy, only problem was that we arrived after dark and the "porch" light was burnt out so it was hard to find the keys.The front door screen needs to be repaired/replaced. It was pretty wabbly if you tried to pull it out. We just chose to not use it. We were traveling with our elderly parents so the ground level worked well for us. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. There were plentiful linens. The lanai was nice and sheltered from the wind.The grounds were beautiful, a family of quail walked by the lanai every morning! The pool and hot tub area are beautiful and well maintained with restrooms and a shower. The only problem we had was with the sleeper sofa the last night of our stay. Our son and his wife who live locally, spent the night with us. The sofa was easy to pull out but very difficult to put back. We ended up leaving it out. We had an overall wonderful experience and would love to come back soon!

Absolutely amazing stay!

This property was perfect for our relaxing getaway! The condo was extremely spacious and VERY well stocked with everything you could possible need from cooking in the kitchen to having fun on the beach. Great location, nice pool, and walkable to all amenities (beach, shopping, dining, turtle watching, coffee, etc). We are already planning our return! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.

Great location - great beach vacation support & bigger than pics show!!

This place was perfect for us. We had us and 3 boys all who needed their own beds and it worked well. There was lots of towels and coolers and boogie boards etc for great beach days and the kitchen was fully stocked. Great place 👌

Island Getaway - Family vacation August 2019

We stayed at the Vista Waikoloa for 2 weeks with our family of 4 which included two teenage girls. The condo was very nicely renovated and was exactly as advertised. Well equipped with complete kitchen tools, two lovely Lenai and plenty of space in the living room and dining room., and with full laundry. We enjoyed the pool, fitness facility and regularly used the BBQ's.. There was some confusion at check in as there was some crossed wires and the condo while tidy had not been made up from the previous guest, which was frustrating after a long trip and late arrival, and why I rated 2 stars rather than 5. That said, the owner was quite apologetic the next day and promptly sent in the cleaners that morning and later gifted us a bottle of wine. They checked back in with us a day later and made sure we had everything we needed. Only other comments would be that the beach chairs and umbrella are past their best days and could be replaced, and the single beds in the second room are really only meant for small children. The setting of the Condo was great -across from the Mariott and Hilton resorts and right beside a nice shopping plaza. It is a perfect springboard to explore the big Island or just kick back and head to the local beach or the pool. Overall we were very happy with our Vista Waikoloa rental and would definitely come back again.

Wonderful stay in Waikoloa

This was our fifth trip to Waikoloa and we really enjoyed the condo! Everything was newly renovated and beautifully decorated. The location is very convenient to the Kings and Queens shopping areas. It is just a brief walk to A-Bay beach. We hope to return soon!

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated condo. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. If you choose to dine in, the kitchen is well stocked with all the tools you would need. A nice market is within walking distance. If you want to eat out, many restaurants are nearby. If you are going to spend the day at the beach, towels, chairs and even an umbrella is available. We had a wonderful time here and hope to return.

Home Base for a wonderful Trip

This was our 3rd trip to the Islands and by far the most comfortable. The Vista setting is elegant and serene. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and comfortable. Everything you want - pool, beach, shopping, is a comfortable walk away. We loved it and would definitely stay again if available.

Great amenities

Overall we had a great experience at this condo. We have stayed at many vacation rentals but this one had one of the best selections of "extras". They had a pack n play crib that was perfect for our son, pool toys, a cooler, even a Wii! The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The only thing I didn't love was the towels, they are ready to be replaced. Thanks so much!

Great homebase for a family holiday

This was our first trip to Hawaii with our 3 daughters (8,7 and 4) and we thoroughly enjoyed using this condo in Vista Waikoloa as our home base! It was just as it is described on the VRBO site - clean, spacious and well-appointed. The directions and instructions to access the condo on the first night as we came in from the airport 15 minutes away at 10:30pm were spot on and easy to follow. The parking spot and pool are close by and it was nice to have a ground floor unit where the kids could get outside on the grass to run around a bit and watch the birds and little chameleons! We enjoyed our meals out on the lanai - it is in a very quiet corner despite the road nearby. It is close to everything (the shops, the Hilton and "A" beach) and we explored some of the nearby state park beaches in our rental car which were wonderful for boogie boarding and snorkelling! The Java Java beach club was close by as well and we enjoyed several sunsets on the beach with cocktails and live music which the girls loved! Some of the beach equipment has seen better days but we appreciated having a chair, some mats and a couple of boogie boards to take to the beach! Not really a negative - the master ensuite shower needs regrouting but is perfectly serviceable and clean. Thank you for letting us share in your little piece of paradise! Mahalo!

Perfect place to stay on The Big Island

We absolutely loved this place and highly recommend it. It's a fantastic location, well appointed and well maintained. Really lovely. Clean. Extremely comfortable. Great location. I loved the peace and quiet it provided. It was great to have a fully stocked kitchen. Wonderful to have access to all the amenities provided by the luxurious Hilton across the street, yet not have to stay in a hotel room there. Their pools would make any child out-of-their-skin happy!

Great place to stay - convenient and fun!

My husband and I and our two small children (3 yrs + 1 yr) had a great time on our trip. The condo is spacious and well equiped. There's a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, booster seat for the baby, pack n play, sand toys, boogie boards, snorkels...there's even a coffee bean grinder and tupperware and all sorts of things to start your morning/ day off right! People left stuff in the pantry like peanut butter and other condiments that keep forever....that was nice too. ....The residents of the condo community are super friendly too and seem to love children. We had a great time at the pool and found that the residents to be really caring and friendly. Also, with 2 babies, we were worried about noise transmission between the condos - we found that we couldn't hear the neighbors except when they opened the slider....In fact, some of the people staying above us didn't hear our kids. It was great. Felt private, even though there are people around. The place is conveniently located to the beach and the shops. We walked every day on the shoreline trail and over to the beach. There was a lot of traffic noise from the main road but other than that, the place was great and we would go back. The owners respond to questions quickly too and provided a nice letter right before we arrived, so we knew how to get in to the gate, how to get in to the condo, and had driving directions. I wish we could've stayed longer!

Great condo!

our first experience with VRBO and it couldnt have been better!! We stayed here for a week. The condo had plenty of room. Was very close to the shops, several resorts, and A'Bay. All within walking distance. There were coolers, beach chairs and some snorkel equipment too. Large new appliances and a wonderful lanai to enjoy the mornings and late evenings on. Even though it is a ground level lanai, we still had extreme privacy due to where the condo is located. Beautiful flowers and birds welcomed us every morning. This condo was everything they claim and more. A question about a light bulb being out was addressed within a few hours while we were out for the day. Designated parking space. Lots of natural lighting. A very quiet complex. And the pool and hot tub were great! There isnt a grill on the lanai, but the community grilling area was convenient and always quiet and nice place to grill a meal. I would definitely recommend!
