Escape to this beautiful house on the lake and reward yourself with a wonderful experience! This fantastic home offers a marvelous living area with vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows allowing you to admire beautiful lake views, and an impressive double-sided floor-to-ceiling wood-burning fireplace. There is a telescope for when you would like to admire the views of the lake from another point of view. The screened porch features a dining area and an outdoor gas heater, the other side of the wood-burning fireplace, and a large TV. Prepare tasty meals and homemade snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances. The second living area provides a wonderful spot to unwind and watch your favorite shows on the large TV. However, if you are more of an outdoor enthusiast, you can always gather around the firepit for some storytelling, play a round of Kubb or cornhole, or visit the lake. Additional amenities include a stackable washer/dryer, board games, and a gas grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home & property with fabulous lake view

The home and property are beautiful, and the drive to it was scenic. It was a great place to get away with friends in a quiet, secluded location that was also in good proximity to Rogers and the Eureka Springs area for exploring. There are multiple places to hang out and relax. It was just what we needed!

Girls of 75

Property was beautiful, beds were all very comfortable. The large screened in porch was too dirty to set in but the small porch off the bedroom was a nice play for us girls to set and visit and enjoy the view. Coffee pot was listed and shown in pictures when we booked property but only pot there was a 1 cup with no basket to put coffee in which we feel a 4 bedroom house that showed full coffee pot should have been there! We went the next day and bought a coffee pot! When we called property manager and ask about it they were a bit rude.

This property is amazing. The view of the lake was incredible. We especially liked the enclosed screen room with a real outdoor fireplace. The beds were quality, the décor was unique, and open floor plan made for perfect vacation.

Great Views and a Great House

The Warren is a great place to stay with fantastic views of the lake in a newer and spacious home. The screened in patio was a highlight for our family for a fall getaway. Patio has a wood burning fireplace, couch, table for dinners, and TV. 2 good sized bedrooms upstairs that share a bath, the master is on main level off of living room, and the downstairs has a room with 2 large beds and a separate living room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook in or it's only about a 15-20 minute drive to restaurants in Rogers.

Beaver Lake

The house itself was nice and spacey and modern. However, we incurred an issue with the front door lock and Vacasa customer service absolutely terrible. We sat outside for two hours and never got a callback. We called four times on the issue they tried to reset the combination on the lock that did not work. We tried the keys in the security lockbox and they did not work and calling the Vacasa they informed as a property management person would be coming that never happened. The house is a little over priced. We paid less and stayed on the beaches. The house has no direct access to a dock, or to a boat ramp. After dealing with the Vacasa Customer Service I am not sure I’ll rent another home from that group again

Beautiful home on the lake

Fantastic home. The code we were originally sent for the front door didn’t work but I called Vacasa and got a working code we used for the rest of the trip. The house is beautiful, kitchen and laundry room were fully stocked, beds were comfortable, bathrooms were stocked and had plenty of towels. We spent most of our time in front of the huge living room windows or on decks overlooking the water. My family of 5 had more than enough room and we loved our stay here.

Great Escape from the crazy

We stayed at this house in November for a U of Ark football game and an early Thanksgiving with family from all over the country. We had 10 adults and had plenty of space & rooms for sleeping. Beautiful home on a pretty lake.

Incredible cabin with beautiful lake views!

Very impressive property with floor-to-ceiling windows looking over Beaver Lake. We had six adults and four children in our party, and we all had plenty of space to spread out. We watched college football on the covered patio and roasted s'mores at the outdoor fire pit. Very close to Hobbs State Park, perfect for leaf peeping on the Pig Trail and fall hiking. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking in the area.
