Only 5 min from town, we’re situated on a peaceful 2.5 acres of private land with endless canyon views. Here, you'll find a thoughtfully curated interior with unique vintage pieces and modern, luxury amenities. Designed by celebrity interior designer, Brooke Spreckman of Design Hutch, known for her eclectic, warm, neutral and timeless point of view, the Skyline Retreat was renovated entirely to evoke a sense of peace. With a nod to 1970s, the home features playful patterns and custom handmade tile from Concrete Collaborative and Zia. Color bursts throughout, drawing inspiration from the desert landscapes and featuring paint from Backdrop Paint. Here you'll find vintage rugs from Morocco and one-of-a-kind furniture sourced from Germany and Greece alongside modern amenities like Samsung Smart TVs, appliances and Bose speaker system. Artworks and decorations by local artisans are showcased throughout and comfort is prioritized with Parachute sheets, towels, and robes. You'll feel right at home the moment you arrive.

Bedrooms:
The space has two bedrooms, each with a King size Tuft & Needle bed and parachute linens. Stream your favorite shows on our Samsung smart TVs and sleep in with blackout curtains.

Bathrooms:
There are two full bathrooms, each with rainfall shower heads. The primary bathroom is an en-suite with dual sinks, a deep soaking bath tub, and a hand shower for bathing the kiddos or a muddy pup.

Sunroom:
The sunroom is filled with plants and funky tile mosaic, where you can watch both the sun rise and set from our lounge.

Living room:
The living room has a pull-out sofa available with a queen sized bed. Grab a game from our hutch while listening to our desert playlist on Sonos speakers. You canalso relax by our working fireplace with a stiff drink (or mocktail)

Kitchen:
Stocked with everything you'd need and more, our kitchen is made for staying in and cooking for friends. In addition to the necessities (fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and microwave) you can also expect extras like a crock pot, blender, juicer, rice cooker, and panini press.

Backyard:
Unwind after a long day of hiking in the 7 person hot tub or snuggle up with a blanket on the lounge chairs and count shooting stars. There's enough room around the firepit for 6, or cook up a meal on the BBQ on our outdoor dining patio.

Private work space:
A built-in desk in the guest room has fast wifi and plugs for all of your electronics.

Laundry:
Washer and dryer are available by request.

Other things to note
-Pets: We welcome up to two dogs. There is a one-time, flat fee of $50, but this includes dog beds, bowls, treats, and toys to use during the duration of your stay.

-Back yard: Fully fenced in back yard to keep pets in and unfriendly critters out.

-Road conditions: You'll need to drive on a dirt road for a few minutes to reach the house. Four-wheel drive is not required.

- Wildlife: Expect to hear coyotes howling at sunset or see a jackrabbit, owl, or lizard. Bobcats, snakes, tarantulas, and scorpion sightings are rare on the property. Please respect the land.
