Quiet, family friendly neighborhood close to downtown, Wake Forest University, and hospitals. 30 minutes to Piedmont Triad Airport in Greensboro. Newly remodeled 6 bedroom, 3 bath home with separate eating area, living room, family room, and finished basement with additional full kitchen and living area with 65" TV. Main level features a gourmet kitchen with everything you need to cook. The outside deck had a bbq, table, chairs and umbrella. Please, NO Parties, NO smoking, NO pets, max 10 people and quiet hours of 10:00pm to 7:00am.
